Popped in to get some matte paint samples and the customer service was second to none, Michael came and greeted us personally, sat us down and showed us a swatch book. Both him and his colleague Tom were friendly and knowledgeable and they got us what we needed with minimum fuss. As first time customers we will definitely be back and would happily recommend.

I visited the Glasgow, Kingston Bridge branch this afternoon. I was looking to buy some paint in a very specific finish, in a very specific colour, for what I would, kindly, describe as a very discerning customer. Tom could not have been more patient, courteous, helpful and pleasant if he had tried. Having helped me, above and beyond the call of duty, I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Both staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I wanted without delay, get it loaded into my vehicle and set off to site. I have signed up for an account as our decorator appreciates the paint quality - I even got a discount on the price! I am now rethinking some of my shade choices as the range offered by Crown is extensive, meaning I do not have to use more expensive paints offered by other heavily marketed retailers. Kingston Bridge store staff are first class.

Fabulous service from Michael. My painter had asked me to pick and pay for paint. Michael was friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. He was lone working and the store was busy but he took the time to excuse himself before going to greet other customers and explaining he’d be with them soon.

Excellent service - came here to color match for touching up my wall. Even with the smallest pot I could buy, I would have had a lot left over, but Michael kindly gave me a sample pot for free! Excellent colour matching service (by Tom), well worth it for even me as a DIY customer. It came out bang on! (a relief, after previous not-quite-perfect match attempts at other places for this one fussy colour) Looks like a good place to pick up PX4 primer as well, it’s my favourite stick-to-anything and stain-block primer for being water-based but still working - normally hard to find it in stock in other shops.

Another story here of not knowing exactly what I needed for painting and the guys in the shop being incredibly helpful. The guy who I think ran the place (will update if remember his name) went through everything I'd need to do and helped me collect what I needed but just the essentials, I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary which I really appreciated being borderline clueless. Fantastic service overall and I will absolutely be back!

I needed a colour match with the tiniest of samples, one of the staff "Paul" was professional, polite, full of great advice and information, he mixed what we thought was the closest colour and it proved to be an exact match. Always a positive experience going into this branch. The staff are really knowledgable and happy to offer advice and tips to help you get the best end result. As a DIY-er going into a mainly trade place, you can often be made to feel a bit silly or intimidated, but I have never felt that here, even when probably asking quite basic questions. The manager really cares about his branch’s performance, and creates a great atmosphere amongst the staff. Jordan was helping me out, and he was very patient whilst I choose colours and gave me a few tips to avoid fluffy walls which have definitely paid off!
