I honestly have to say this was the best experience I have had buying a bed. My little guy is autistic & was getting very impatient with us but a woman Lesley (134A029202) was wonderful with him calmed him down & gave him books to read a bottle of water & some biscuits aswel as having the best customer care with me & my sons father. We managed to get the best deal ever thanks to Lesley & I can not thank her enough for all her help & advice. She definitely is an employee to be very proud of she went above & beyond for us today could not be happier.

I visited this store few weeks ago and was greeted by Julie who was busy cleaning. She stopped and took the time to welcome me to the store. She then left me to look around and did not follow me around which some sales assistants do and I hate that. I disliked shopping for my present bed but this time it was really positive experience and didn't want to leave the store. Julie took her time with me and went through a lot of detail including the bed that can tells you what is best for you with its technology....sorry forgot its name lol. During my time there I never once felt pushed into buying something I didn't want or need. I was offered a drink and their covid hygiene was top class. I came away some time later elated with my new bed and the laugh I had with Julie and another sales assistant called Kathleen. You can tell its a great place to work....what a cracking team... they made my day!!

We recently visited this Dreams in Uddingston. The personnel are really friendly and helpful. It made choosing the right mattress so easy. All Covid measures are in place. We would really recommend Dreams and this shop. I bought a bed 10 years ago there and it has been great. We have a brief experience with another bed company, and we were sorry we didn't go to Dreams. So now we are back and we have bought a lovely comfy bed. The personnel in Uddingston are friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. They give you the space to try out the different mattresses and don't hover and push and pull like other sales people do. Its overall a relaxing experience and gives you the confidence that you are buying the bed that fits you.

Very pleasant, was asked if we required any assistant and we said no to start with and then she left us to wander round but was close by. I like a shop when their staff do this as you don't feel any pressure. Very good with children and helping them to pick out a bed too. Our over all experience was brilliant and would recommend this branch to family and friends.

Bernie from Dreams was knowledgeable without been over selling and helped us through a financial payment interest free option the staff gave us time too look about and take out time and answered our questions it was a pleasant experience and would recommend them and Bernie..

I initially visited the store with the intention of buying a different style mattress online. I was welcomed by a really friendly advisor called Kathleen, wearing a protective visor who immediately made me feel at ease, pointed me in the direction of the well stocked sanitising area and asked me politely to sanitise my hands. She immediately asked how she could help and popped me straight into the sleepmatch machine. She made me feel so at ease, told me all about how the machine worked, chatted with me about my current bed, any aches and pains and really made me feel like she had a genuine interest in my reason for purchase. She explained my outcomes from the machine from the print out and took me over to let me try some of the mattresses - all using extra protection on the pillows and the mattress each time, which I was particularly impressed with. Kathleen showed me all the options, all while sharing some really amazing facts which - I never knew before! She really did not “sell” to me - but spoke to me about what I wanted, why I wanted it, how it would improve my quality of sleep and my feeling when I woke up. She even gave me some top pillow sleeping tips! She showed me a wide range of mattresses over different price ranges - but I was totally sold on the tempur one, I think I’ve told everyone I’ve bought a mattress made by NASA!!! The transaction was smooth, the additional products she offered made sense and were clearly described and I genuinely left feeling (parden the pun) on ‘cloud’ 9 about my mattress. I did not come in with the intention of buying and I left, spending more than initially estimated - but never happier to part with my money! You can tell the store team are a family - I spoke with two other team members in passing, one lady with shorter hair who shared a giggle with us and a gentleman called Alex who was just lovely, who I also witnessed staying well over his shift time to help a family make a purchase. Kathleen let me in on a little bit of her life too, which I’m not sure she realised how much of what she said resonated with me when I left. I can honestly say I’ve never been as excited about a mattress arriving as I am now. You never know the reasons for someone’s purchase, but the rapport she built with me made me feel so comfortable, made conversation easy and I can honestly say I left feeling excited and happy. I went to meet my sister for dinner straight after, and I spoke for the entire time about the amazing service I received. I won’t remember the name of the mattress I bought in years to come - but I’ll remember Kathleen and the feeling I left your store with. Thank you - you made my day. Who knew buying a mattress would cause so much excitement!

Came here today to look for a mattress due to being sore and being diagnosed with fibromyalgia was greeted by the manager and was them passed onto a girl Dionne who put me on sleep match machine from there was recommended 3 mattresses to choose from was not rushed at all asked if we wanted drinks several times we weren't rushed and felt really at ease trying them out till we decided to pick the one we did excellent service all round by the 2 people who dealt with us 1st class and very professional thanks can't wait to get my mattress to see if it help thanks so much x

Went yesterday to purchase a bed. My daughter has autism and was really stressed out when we got there. We were ready to leave when they told us to come back in. Ashley and Julie were like a total breath of fresh air. So so patient with us and tried to make it as stress free as possibe. Julie was so good with my little girl i wanted to take her home with me. These girls could not do enough for us. We felt so welcome. Great shop with great staff!

I was greeted by Alec, he was a breath of fresh air! After visiting archers, which was generally male, stale & stinking of ale! I had an outstanding experience in the Dreams bed store at Birkenshaw! Alec welcomed us, made us amazing coffee from his big black machine, and sold us an incredible Tempur mattress! These beds are expensive but we are sleeping like wains now! Thank you Alec, hope our review helps 👍🏻
