E. B.Would rate higher if I could! Popped in just for a browse and was served by Stacie, who was incredibly friendly and helpful in finding me a figure for my partner, had great chat too! Prices and selection are incredible compared to other similar stores, especially for the items I was looking for. Will absolutely be back in for more Vocaloid (especially Len when there’s more options ^w^) merch. Thank you Stacie for a great chat and brilliant customer service! :D
s. p.Giving this place a 5 star reveiw for now. I've only been in once. Place is huge but alot of it is wasted space. Everything on the walls with a couple of stands on the floor. After speaking to the extremely helpful and friendly lady Stacie I think her name was, she mentioned that they had not long moved to that location, so hopefully they are still sorting out their inventory.
They sell a lot and I mean a LOT of anime figures and merch, with a smaller section of games to the back. In Glasgow I know of geek a boo, forbidden planet and Tokyo toys that sell similar. However after this visit I doubt I will be buying from those other shops again as GAMERSHEEK is a lot cheaper. Some items where a whopping £15 cheaper than Tokyo toys, and average of £5 cheaper than forbidden planet and geek a boo.
After making my purchase I saw an item I've been wanting for a long time but couldn't justify spending £100 on it. I spoke to stacie who helped me have a proper look at the item and their price was £89. So not only cheaper than online but I also got to feel it. So the credit card came out and the pokeball went in my basket.
The only thing I would think to make this store better is if they started selling manga.
Overall, great place. If the prices remain the way they are then the 5 star review will remain.
M. L.Lovely little shop. We were down from Aberdeen last month and noticed the store shut down. Back this week to find a bigger store open which was a great surprise. Picked up a First 4 Figures sif statue. Amazing service to the person who was on (19th May). Hope to see more Dark Souls related merch if possible
