Scott and the team at Glasgow Bed Centre were great! Went in without a clue what was good and what I needed. Within about 15 minutes Scott helped me pick the best matress for what I needed. Easily the most comfortable sleep I've had in years! Big thanks and well recommended for all your sleeping needs!

We have recently bought a mattress for our Ukrainian guests from the Glasgow bed centre. We were really pleased with the customer service and advice we got from their sales director Craig Allan. The process went through smoothly and quickly, the mattress was delivered the following day, it was of good quality and our guests found it very comfortable. I should also say that there was a discount on the delivery charge when we mentioned that we were buying the mattress for the Ukrainian refugees we are hosting.

I should have written this a few months back. If you are looking for a great service(even with the restrictions of covid), great choice of different styles of beds and mattresses, this is the place to go!!! I ordered my bed before Christmas and into another lockdown, Scott and his team kept me up to date all the way until my bed and mattress was delivered. They even kindly gave me a temporary one until my own arrived! You don't get that service elsewhere. Their customer service and help was first class. Many Thanks to Scott and his team.

I was walking past the Merchant City store and decided to go in for a look as had been thinking of getting a new mattress as was getting a really sore back with my current one which was only a few years old. The sales assistants were really helpful and friendly and when I said why I was looking for a new mattress they suggested that it may not actually be the mattress giving me a sore back and could be my pillows. They showed me some of the ones they had in stock and let me try them out and suggested I try a Snow Pillow with a gel layer which kept cool all night. This was amazing as it was so cool to lie on I decided to buy two and what a difference they have made; I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with back and neck pain or stiff in the morning and the pillow stays cool all night; it’s like the cool side of the pillow but all the time! I usually slept with two pillows but one Snow Pillow is the perfect height. They are quite firm which I really like but might not be for everyone. Delighted with the service I received and the advice they gave me; they could have easily tried to sell me a new mattress but took time to understand what I was looking for and advised accordingly which saved me buying a new mattress which wouldn’t have solved the problem. Will definitely go back here when it’s time to replace my mattress or buy other furniture as they have a great range of products in stock and the service was first class. I would much rather support an independent local business than buy from a large chain which only cares about profit.

We went to the shop looking for a new bed and mattress. The shop assistant was very helpful, showing us different options based on our preferences and budget. After selecting and paying for the bed, the shop were in regular contact to keep us up to date regarding delivery. The delivery men were quick and efficient. Overall I was very happy with the service.

while the i cannot complain about the quality of the bed or the mattress which are both great the service left a lot to be desired. There is a lot going on right now so writing on a reply is to be expected however over a week is a little much. Overall when people did get in contact they were very helpful and the bed and mattress are both fantastic and easy to assemble however the responsiveness of service is a let down.

Great overall service, Nathan was great and helped me find the mattress that i found most comfortable. The mattress was delivered straight into my room free of charge. They even went as far to throw in some free pillows as my mattress was a couple of days later than expected which was a nice touch. Hi I've ordered a mattress off u 6 weeks ago I've email u had no reply can u reply back and let me know what's going on if u are having problems getting mattress too me I would like a refund if no reply I will be taking this further.
