I love Hobbycraft. They gave an excellent range of products available for the crafters amongst us. The premises itself is spacious enough, although when busy it might be tricky with a buggy or wheelchair. It was very busy at my visit, and the staff were quick to open and close tills to balance the queues and ensure they worked smoothly. No complaints from me. 👍🏼

This place is amazing for your crafts needs but beware you will want to try new crafts after seeing other ideas over two floors. Paints & papers if every colour pens , brushes. Boxed kits to make up get that car you really want 😉 Wool of every texture, buttons galore. Decoupage frames. Loafs for kids including things like a big cardboard postbox to decorate. Embroidery threads in an array of colours. Just too much to mention you really have to go and see it for yourself. The only thing that's missing here is perhaps a small coffee machine as you do spend a while here . Staff all pleasant. 🧵🧶🖌️

It's got everything you could imagine to complete your project whether it's arts or crafts with the plus of being able to see the quality and variety. On the downside.. Their hobby craft cub card. The girl at the till told me that it gave 15% discount. I took one to use on my next visit . However on my next visit there was no discount . The till girl said it was a points system and you did not get anything off till you had accumulated points she said I think its 50. There is nothing on the card and no way of knowing how many points you have and I found the staff unhelpfully. As a result my subsequent purchases have been from ebay and Amazon.

Hobbycraft is a brilliant store that has practically everything I need to create. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Only 4 stars because they dont have trolleys and I had to make 3 trips to my car after I bought a huge amount of canvas. Not ideal, but not the end of the world either.

Well placed at Glasgow Fort. I can never pass this place, it just caters for everything crafty and a bit more. I think its priced quite well, but just be careful that you're getting value for money on some items. There's usually always a deal on painting accessories but I think some of their canvas boards are over priced and can be sourced more cheaply at similar quality. That being said, this is a one stop shop for anyone looking for that essential hobby item.

Went here today, lovely shop and most of the staff were lovely appart from the american girl who was working on the shop floor. She was extremely condisending and snappy and in my opinion really let the shop down with her bad attitude. I went on to speak to another member of staff with black hair and glasses (didn't manage to catch her name) but she was great and took the time to listen to what i was looking for and recomend the best products. Staff serving me at the till were lovely too, i think its just that one member of staff who seems to let the place down

The shop is not big enough to stock an excellent selection of each area. I love Hobbycraft and go there for a variety of craft materials. On this visit I bought lace to trim dolls' clothes that I'm making. They have an excellent selection of items for every craft imaginable, crafts for kids and a good stock of Christmas craft materials. Highly recommended.

Used to be pretty decent for model kits and tools but a much more limited range these days. I suppose that's just a sign of the times. The shop itself is well stocked with a great range of arts and craft materials. Everything from plasticine for the kids to picture framing supplies, paints, knives and brushes for the serious crafter/artist. Wee bit pricey sometimes but not too bad.

I love Hobbycraft. I away get inspired when I browse the selection if paints and pens. They have a huge range of everything and usually have some good deals on. I got a new A3 sketch pad and pencil set for drawing live models for £11.25. I aso got a medium canvas, paint brush set and acrylics for under £20. If your looking to start a new hobby or just stock up on supplies, you won't be disappointed. The store also has a lift which is handy and the staff are always pleasant.

Thank you to the wonderful retail assistant at the check out in Glasgow's Hobbycraft today. She went out of her way to help me at 40 weeks pregnant when I was struggling to bend and lift items up to the till, despite there being a bit of queue. Not once did she rush me or make me feel like a burden. She was also training another member of staff/work experience person at the same time as helping me with humour and patience, what a star! Wish you met more people like this in your day to day comings and goings. Thank you, give that woman a pay rise!

Visited here about 6 times now and always get what I'm looking for, huge selection of things over 2 levels. Never a long wait at the tills and staff helpful when you can find them as it appears to be run on a skeleton staff. Seasonal things in stock too like Halloween lanterns and Christmas stationary.

Great range of products no matter what your crafting needs are. Everything from card making, wedding stationary and decorations. To paper mache dummies to decorate. Good selection of jigsaw for your granny and loads of crafts for kids to do and make. Upstairs good range of artist supplies, paints, canvases and frames. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was just buying some corex boards for photography use but I will definitely be back with the kids, they will love it, it will really get their creative juices flowing. I just wish there was one on the southside of Glasgow.

Not my usual place to shop, but I had to use it for an emergency gift. The shop has everything that a hobbiest needs from. Cards to glue, picture frames to craft items. The biggest disappointment was that being that close to Christmas there were only two bills on and the staff were agonisingly slow. Not really my thing but good in a jam.

Pretty expensive for popular crafts. I find the shopping channels are much cheaper especially when they're doing deals. Craft machines can be 100 pounds or more expensive here and I can get the same effects by using materials from poundland and hardware shops. All really cheap. If you're a crafter and struggling look out for your nearest craft fayre. It's a very big shop and floor staff are hard to find.
