S. R.Just what we asked for. Great customer service. Carpets were delivered bang on time. Also the Carpet fitter was a great guy. The day our carpets were ment to be fitted the carpet fitters van had to go into the garage. So JEM delivered our carpets & the carpet fitter turned up in his car. Great service they went out of there way. Good competitive prices, better prices than Saltire carpets in Kirkintilloch. Highly recommended JEM Carpets Auchinairn.

M. D.Fantastic selection of flooring at great prices , and depending what you buy you may even get a good discount from Pat (the guy that runs this shop).
They have a large parking space for customers and it can be accessed by everyone , carpets , flooring and lino in all shades and sizes and if you need an awkward size cut the guys are more than willing to help , you are asked to wear masks but that happens in every shop .
