A huge pet store with wide variety of pet supplies , pet food and pet accessories etc, i think they also offer Dog grooming services, vet consultation and pet insurance. Over all its a one stop for all your pet supplies, in general prices are Ok, not the cheapest but you can get some really good deals from time to time and most importantly the Staff are friendly and knowledgeable .

Due to a faulty locking mechanism, I managed to lock my young dog in my car on one of the few hot days this week. I had been buying animal food so went straight back into the shop for help. All the staff were wonderful - they called the police, then the fire brigade and then, when these wonderful people could not help, the manager of Pets at Home stayed with the car watching to check the puppy didn’t get too distressed while a bystander drove me home to get a second set of car keys. I had absolute confidence that if the puppy had become distressed she would have got the firemen to break a car window. All ended happily - and a thousand thanks to the staff, particularly the manager, of Pets At Home..

Took pumba here for his first groom in a long time. Had spoken to the girls before we went and explained the problems pumba has. From when we arrived the groomers were amazing with him. And when I went to pick him up I could tell instantly that he had had a great time and had been spoiled rotten. I came home with a happy clean neat and tidy boy and a bag of treats too. My sister uses this shop. You can order online or go in store. The staff are always helpful, their animals always look cared for the times I have been in. Your dogs are allowed in. They have a water bowl out for them.

Grooming service is excellent. After trying multiple groomers this is the place for us. The staff and kind and gentle to our dog. I guess it depends on which PaH you use, but Drumchapel have really nice groomers. Shop itself is great - not bad price wise cf. with online and good selection.

Love going in here, the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Bought a fish tank recently and having so many problems was thinking of pitching it. Kept going online, never any help. Spent 20 minutes with an employee and the next morning my fish tank was on its way to being as clear as they are in the shops!! So damn happy, thank you

We were there visiting the friendly staff of Vets for Pets in the back if the shop and followed this with a wander around the shop itself getting a wee treat for our dog. This ended up with us leaving having adopted two lovely Gerbils from the adoption centre. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and helped us buy exactly what we needed to set up a new home for our latest additions. We weren't pushed to buying only the most expensive brands of what we needed. Two very happy Gerbils now settled in and we look forward to our next visit to the shop.

Pets at Home is a dog friendly store and has disabled parking at the door, if needed. Inside is pleasant to browse and well stocked. Using a VIP card triggers offers through the post. At the back of the store is an in-store vet which I have used. One experience was excellent and the other so disgraceful that it has put me off going back! However, the staff in the main shop are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The store unfortunately remains very expensive!

Used pets at home for all my guinea pigs food and bedding, always top quality and a wide selection. The animals on display are always well fed and look healthy. Staff are always helpful and quick to answer any questions. Would recommend based on all the experience that I have had.

Good selection of pet related items and even has a vet and dog grooming at the back which is nice, staff are a bit hit and miss and are very slow at pay points which isn't good if your in a rush. The stock isn't kept clean so often come out with dust covered clothes.

I was in your store on Sunday and I was worried about my dogs ears as she is a cockapoo which are prone to ear infections and one of your dog groomers called Cloe spent at leat 30 mins with me talking me through the process of cleaning and grooming my dogs ears waht a lovkey girl. The shop staff and groom room staff are fantastic. I've used this store since it first opened and my recently deceased Dalmatian was so excited when we visited and it looks as though it will carry on with my tibetan terrier called Peekaboo..the staff are mostly young enthusiastic well mannered and so helpful that the only time I buy elsewhere is if a product is cheaper online...which is annoying as I prefer to support local business..but i dont think they can match price online cat litter that I buy... i love the variety in store..only downside is the vet practice..overpriced and I'd say more but it's my experience that they say one thing then charge another..

Unfortunately very understaffed, this means that the staff who are genuinely passionate about animals have very little time to spend helping and recommending products to you as they have to serve on tills, this transfers to resentment in their attitude and you can sense that they sometimes feel till work "isn't their job" when they are serving you.
