B. S.Food for pups and adults even the same brands are spread over the store. Keep brands I.e IAMS together, next door to each other if space is an issue. I say this to make it easier for people to attend go themselves as PAH have cut staff so there's no one to attend to you. People at the tills are great but they can't be everywhere.

K. N.Absolutely wonderful place. I bought two little boy guinea pigs and they are just lovely. Afterwards I phoned about a small concern I had with one of them. They could not have been more helpful. I have now registered them with the vets there. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the girl on reception just couldn't be nicer. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean and you can tell that they really care for their pets. Cannot recommend highly enough!
J. J.Some of the staff are clueless, they know nothing about the stock. I forgot my glasses so couldn't read the sizes, told me there wasn't a lot of girl colours. Then as I got 1 for my wee girl a manager came over and said put your dog on a leash, I said I'm buying a harness for her, and I've just put on. Still told me to put leash on. My dog is aggressive when she has her ball in her mouth, which she didn't. And is the most calm Yorkie you'll ever meet. Calm yir pants down hen. Harnesses need to be put on dogs to see if they fit.
J.I've always found the staff to be very helpful when I've been in.
They can be very busy and pushed at times, however they try there best to assist in any way possible.
The manager can be a bit clip at times when dealing with him, that said he can be helpful.

A.Staff members helped me getting my new aquarium up and running. Gave me ideas on how much my tank would hold, what fish live well together, what plants etc. Now had my school of black neon Tetra for a week and still going strong. Fiona and Steph were really helpful. Whole team is friendly and knowledgeable.

Also, could be because I came the day before a delivery but more stock would be great too for variety.
m. f.These guys have everything for common pets, although they are not always the cheapest. If you have reptiles or anything else more unusual you'd be better finding a specialist supplier. Still gave them 5 stars for the normal pet supplies.

W.Sorry been going here since opening but sorry to say not great now mist staff helpful but the manager (his words ) been keeping fish 40years or more but to honest that's not te point everything the person on can't get fish as he has to know litres in all my tanks have 4 how many fish in tank what kind of fish when last cleaned and whats the water like ok if uou ask how help yes hel people but please I know which fish suit mh tanks and my water is tested as recommend by said fish when I said did not no the litres was told you should why don't empty my tank don't count water I putting in and 2 tanks custum made which he did not like but surely I not daft enough to pay good money for fish that would not work in my tanks its not just me heard him arguing with older lady who just wanted yo buy fish gor her cold water tank so please if uour going znd uou get yhe manger take photos of uou tank and fish count the litres and then maybe uou might be lucky but if he's not there 2 simply question and uour out the door
v. v.Popped into Ek shop before lock down and got some advice from the staff on Goldfish. Visited some other branches after lockdown and were disappointed on the service/advice, ended up back here. Staff, especially Erin, took her time to explain the different types of fish and worked how many I could fit in a 180l Aqua one tank. Erin was lovely.. Big thank you.

William hill should really be expanding there business.... 10/10 will visit again
