Reviews of Spin Pottery Glasgow

Was here for a work night out. The staff were lovely and very helpful & it was fun to do something different, however, it was hard to get to, and is very well hidden.. in a place called the hidden lane. As a disabled person, I found this quite difficult to be in, as it was upstairs and cluttered due to others lovely pottery, that I didn’t want to bump into and smash due to my lack of stability. I would highly recommend this place to an able bodied person, but for someone like me who has MS, I’d recommend looking for a more accessible pottery class.

What a gorgeous corner of Glasgow. This is a gem in the Hidden Lane.
They offer pottery crafting, painting, and courses too! Megan is so lovely and the venue just emanates comfort and creativity.

What an amazing experience. Leah was a wonderful teacher - hugely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I managed to create a number of dishes in my hour's 1-1 lesson and I must say I was extremely pleased with my work.
I would highly recommend an hour's beginner class, but would also suggest that this would be a fantastic activity for a group of friends or colleagues. 10/10!!!

Cute pottery studio for some DIY fun making your own clay items or painting pre-made items. Studio is small but cosy. Make sure to wear old clothes as you will get messy in the crafting process!

Just back from our first ever pottery lesson and cannot recommend this highly enough to everyone and anyone. Bought this as a Christmas present and it was well worth the wait. Leah is so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. A great teacher and good fun with an excellent taste in music. We felt like we were round at a friends house hanging out. Fascinating experience and would definitely go back. Can't wait to see how our creations turn out. Lovely little place that is perfect whatever the occasion.

Loved this amazing pottery space and shop. To get to experience the fun of making my own pottery was brilliant. Leah is just lovely and so friendly and patient and to top the great day off I got to buy some lovely ceramic gifts too for my sister's birthday.
Five stars Leah thank you. :)

We had a wonderful time at Spin. Leah was very friendly and an excellent teacher, letting us decide whether we wanted her sitting by our side or leaving us to it. She was also gracious enough to let us reschedule when we had to cancel our original booking at the (literal) last minute.

Leah is fantastic, I've purchased several items which have made for really personal, quirky gifts. I've also taken a few classes which have always been a really fun experience! Leaving you with great handmade albeit a little wonky pieces of your own! Could not recommend Spin Pottery highly enough 🤗

Fantastic and fun day spent at this wee hidden gem of a studio and likewise Leah is a wee gem too. She is super patient and her easy going nature put me at ease right away. Couldn't be happier with the whole process of the hand building class and the pieces of pottery I got to keep and show off.
Thanks Leah I'll definitely be back 🙂
