J. W.Sorry to say it cost me another £100 to get doors fixed cause the underlay was to thick ment to asked for some kind of compensation
m. g.Loved my shopping experience here. Thought the measures in place re social distancing were well thought out and in no way made a negative impact on me. Frank, our sales advisor was just great. Friendly, knowledge and helpful without being intrusive. The store was clean and well stocked and I was able to choose what I needed. The chap who visited to measure up was equally professional, so it's been a great experience so far.

B. M.We must have went round all the carpet stores in the area but Tapi had the best quality carpets at the best price. The sales staff were very helpful and not in the least bit pushy to make a sale or offer a more expensive carpet just for the sake of it. Our first choice was out of stock it they provided the next range up free of charge and this was coupled already with a discounted deal. Carpets were delivered and fitted on schedule with the fitters making an excellent job.

I.Been looking for flooring for a while,and wondered in to tapi in burkinshaw and I'm so glad I did the staff on the day Frank and Robert we're amazing I must say Frank the guy I dealt with was brilliant he was not pushy in any way but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product which he explained in great depth and to my delight I made my mind up what I wanted there and then p.s the shop smelled great as well .
