Katie went out of her way to provide exemplary customer service. She did the best that could be done. Nik followed the same and was quick to follow suit. I have recently contacted them for a spare part of a, now obsolete, item. They located a spare and had it delivered to me FREE of charge with in three days. Not many like that now. Thank you
