Brilliant prices for a great variety of items, especially in the health and beauty section. Also some nice options in linens and towels at affordable prices. Their seasonal section has always got something eye-catching, especially as gifts.

Almost fainted while I was in store. Luckily a very kind lady at the till noticed and immediately offered me her chair. I was able to sit for a few minutes until I felt better. Very kind.

Absolutely love this store. Well organised. Clean. Only issue is that I seem to be very unfortunate each time I come here in that there is some drama. One occasion they were testing the fire alarms and everyone had to leave the store. The last occasion having been in the store filling the trolley for Xmas, a message over the tannoy informing customers that the WiFi had gone down and therefore the card machines were not working and only accepting cash. Had I have just walked in, I would have walked back out again and not been bothered but I was literally finished after being there for more than 45 minutes meticulously scouring up and down the aisles for bargains. I had to abandon my trolley full and drive to get money out at the petrol station just down the road. An inconvenience to say the least. Returned and continued the shop. Got to the till and found at the end that I was short of about £8 in cash. The annoyance. Another staff member came over and whispered for me to try my card as it had worked 5 minutes ago for another customer. Thought it worth a try to save me faffing around putting things back. Well, it worked and had a lot of money burning a hole in my pocket. Aaaaah! I know the WiFi connection isn't down to the store specifically but it's like chaos occurs the second I walk through those doors.

Decent discount retailer that has stock of lots of items for your home as well as food. Service is ok but queues can form at the checkouts at busy periods. Worth the trip.

I haven't been in b&m for awhile but i needed some bits and pieces only advice is don't go if you fancy a snack ( biscuits ,chocolate bars ) had to hold myself back as i was getting to much .still like it

Lots of parking,, it is a nice big store, has everything under One Roof and when you finished there is a Costas coffee there as well all within the same car park,, 👌

Super sized B&M store stuffed with value goods. The variety of food is mainly cheap, processed stuff with the occasional bargain in the chocolate section. We've bought a lot of Christmas lights from here, a few pet supplies and most of our everyday household items for the kitchen & around the house. The quality isn't always the best but it's not bad for the price. Parking is usually easy during the week and busy at weekends.

Great selection of multiple items. Ranging from bathroom, kitchen, car and bedroom, etc. Food, stationary, decorating, tools, pets, toys and much more at good prices. The staff are quite helpful. A good shop. 👍

Is it me or is the queueing system to get to a till to pay a flipping nightmare 👍😂 your in a queue of 20/25 people in one isle and then Ur suppose to go to one of 3)4 tills from there come on bnm I love a bargain but the paying sitch it's putting me off 😂😁

I go in there with a set budget and I always end up with atleast 4 x the original amount of money. Loads of snacks,crisps,chocolate,sweets and cakes, way too much choices hence the spending a fortune but worth it lol

B&M had most of what I wanted at sensible and affordable prices. The staff were very nice and helpful. I did notice that many people bypassed the Civid disinfection station and walked in unhindered. Staff member needs to be on the door to prevent entry unless these Civid precauctions,are adhered to. Attention needed to detail .. ie.. clear pricing of goods. I spent unnecessarily time hunting for staff to tell me the price of items as they were not displayed on fixture. Otherewise a good shopping experience.

Was far too crowded, not whilst moving around the store but when it got to queueing to pay there was no clear access to tills and people were far too close, this wasn't helped when the store had a blackout causing all the electronic tills to crash. Staff were under pressure and taking the flack for the lack of organisation. Management needs to organise better. In addition ot was also hard to find prices as most items did not have the right labels with them, I found myself having to go to the website to check how much items cost...poor show!

For goods i got all i require. But there could of been a lot more space inbetween customers going around the store .cashiers and counters were fine . Spaced out . It seems to me for the waiting out side was 2 mts apart but when in the store it seemed over with customers inside . So i think it needs to be looked at again. Keeping us safe .

They sell the very best loo rolls, £1.59 for 6, soft, strong, thick enough to use one sheet at a time, on top of three, so very economical. That's what I go to B&M for.

Didn't have what I went for. But thee is something for everyone. Just be careful there stuff seems cheap but some of the brands names are same price if not slightly more expensive than the more we'll known supermarkets.

Can get real busy. Staff seem friendly enough. I do wonder how these companies treat their staff so maybe the best reviews would be theirs. However, it has plenty of cheap options if you want to turn your home into a carbon copy of a b&m store.

A B&M store, but on a larger scale. Everything well priced, and easily located. No staff interaction beyond check out on this visit, but everyone seemed friendly enough. Some shelves too high for most people to reach, but clearly signed at regular intervals to ask for help if needed. Decor/atmosphere reflects the low-cost of the merchandise but is not unduly bad.

I noticed quite a few items have no price labels ?. Not sure why but have purchased items before with no price label on the shelf not just B&M & when item is scanned at the till the price is more than I would be willing to pay. I realize individual pricing is costly. But checks need to be made that price labels are clearly shown.

Love having a shuffle around, always find something I need that I didn't even know I needed! Good for the basics too, sugar/tea/drinks and often have items you won't find in main supermarkets (like Twinkies and Twizzlers). Staff are friendly for the most part. Downside is with only half a dozen tills the queues can get a little long.

Why oh why are moving stuff around so much....Food always as you enter the store..then all washing products next isle..then drink at the bottom....but now you find these items Dotted about all over the place..even over by the toys....I just want to get in & out...not hunt all over...but still a 5 good shop good prices...

I went in for some shelving, I'd looked online and the product was in stock. Unlike me, allow plenty of time in this store! There's so much to choose in store. I'll be back at the weekend for a good look around. Great value and cheerful and helpful staff.

A big place to do some big shopping, free car park. I would give 5* if their Tools area were having more stuff. Good place to buy things to the kitchen are others rooms.
