Fantastic birthday party for my daughter. The first party out of lockdown for her and she requested something that would be creative. After asking around for ideas, so many people suggested Dixie Dots. It was easy to book, all the children had an amazing time and my eldest has asked to have her party there! Thank you to all who helped to make my girls party fabulous 😊

A wonderful place to unleash your inner (or hidden) creative side!!! Prior to the pandemic, I enjoyed many evening workshops on pottery painting (inc pizza!), decopatch and wreath making - with loads more still to try! My young sons also love to visit Dixie's. They are always made to feel welcome by Tracey and constantly ask to return as often as we can! Lockdown has not stopped us from experiencing all that Dixie has to offer. Paint at home kits and craft kits have keep both myself and the children occupied. Monsters have been sown, crystal art cards made, candle making kits to name a few. I would definitely recommend Dixie Dot Crafts to everyone. It doesn't matter what age you are, or if you think you are crafty or creative or not. There is something for everyone!

Brilliant creative space and shop. Huge range of paint it yourself pottery for all ages from baby prints, childrens painting and for adults. Lovely staff who are on hand to help. They also run parent and toddler groups and workshops such as slime making. Honestly a hidden gem and highly recommend.

Just wow! So our 5 year old went along for a group session via rainbows and made an incredible hedgehog money box using clay and foam clay but that’s not really the point here. This is a wonderful creative space for children, and adults to put down their phones and actually use their brains and enjoy something meaningful. I can’t wait to take my son when he’s a little older! Tracey has put so much effort into this space and it’s an absolute oasis in a world full of apps, devices, fast food, televisions and so on.... It’s all been put together with care and love; this was the first time I’d visited and like others I’d told I was going .... ‘so what’s Dixie dot’? And I said, I don’t know but I’ll find out - it’s something that will flourish! Book a session or class now and you’ll love it :-) Oh, and the most inspirational toilet you’ve ever been in- you’ll see ;) Adam.

I took my daughter and niece to Dixie Dot Crafts so they could spend some creative time together! The staff could not have been more helpful and the girls really enjoyed themselves. It was a great couple of entertaining hours for them. Price was good and great environment. Thoroughly recommend!

We’ve been to Dixie Dot Crafts a few times and it’s always such a wonderful experience, my daughter loves choosing which piece she’ll paint. We’ve come away with some beautiful items which are treasured for the memories they hold. Thoroughly recommend booking in for a couple of hours of relaxed fun. (or ordering an online kit during Covid 19!)

Fantastic pottery painting studio. Tracey is friendly and so accommodating! I look forward to every visit! During the various lockdowns she has been a massive lifeline to so many people with her Facebook lives and has continued to provide an amazing "at home" service also making many other crafts accessible to try. This is such a fantastic place to enjoy some time painting pottery. There are pieces available to suit all budgets and the owner is so accommodating and friendly! She is on hand for advice on how to paint, helping with hand prints and after care of your product. A great activity for all ages.

My son had a slime party for his 5th Birthday and it was fantastic. It was very well organised and took all the stress off me. My son and his friends had the best time ever. I got pizzas from next door for the children to eat after making the slime. The best bit for my son was to put his handprint on the party wall. Highly recommended to everyone

Today was the slime party for my 7 year old son.. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to be honest! Tracie has a way with the children (nanny mcphee but hot). They all made two pots of slime to take home. The studio was beautifully done - Tracie had set out separate tables for food which we took ourselves. It was good value for money and I for one will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing time.. Recommended.

My daughter and her friends had a brilliant time at 'Dixie Dot crafts'. From start to finish Tracey looked after them and made them feel so welcome (and grown up!!!!). The facilities and studio where amazing, she managed to create a relaxed atmosphere amidst very excited 8+9yr olds. The Studio maybe be closed but spent the evening with Tracey, painting a Bunny plate virtually, it was great fun, I would thoroughly recommend visiting the website & trying something.
