Elmrep have supplied our copiers and printers for many years now and I cannot sing their praises enough. The engineers are professional and knowledgeable and work around us. Elmrep offer exceptional customer service that really is second to none both on site and when speaking with their office. We have used Elmrep for the last five or more years and have always found Lee, Luke and all of the team to be very helpful, reliable and friendly. If we ever have a problem with our printer (almost always caused by us) they will come out straight away it fix it or talk us through fixing it over the phone.
