Sent in by my decorator, I was a bit nervous coming into a trade oriented store but I couldn't have had a better experience with support choosing paints, clear and patient explanations of my many questions and a friendly chat too. Really impressed, your sales guy needs a raise :)

J. B.Being a customer at Eastern Avenue some 25 years and seeing lots of different salesmen over time, I must say that Ian, a fairly recent manager, has totally transformed this branch. He always greets you politely and professionally, and actually listens to what trades men want in a trade centre as well as getting in new products, and introducing myself to the latest paints. Also, not forgetting his other two colleagues Lee and Colin, who are equally as keen to please.
