B. T.Exceptional customer service from start to end. Initially I had multiple questions regarding compatibility of different paints. All questions were comprehesively answered within a short timeframe. A query regarding a specific colour code was handled very quickly and an answer sought from the manufacturer within hours.
Once I'd sent a listof the items I required, I received a comprehensive reply offering a few alternative solutions which may prove cost-effective and better quality.
The order was placed and arrived less than 24hrs later, even though it was on a 3-5 day service, provided free of charge.
The parcels arrived very securely and professionally packaged. Every tin or continer was labelled with mixing ratios and product compatibility details. A card wallet contained y invoice as well as all relevant product data sheets and ratio tables, saving me the hassle of printing it myself. Everything I needed, in one place, saved time and effort.
Overall, an exceptional level of customer service from start to end, with lots of valuable advice from very knowledgable staff who go above and beyond to ensure they're selling the correct product to the customer. Combined with good prices, SML is now my go-to company for quality paint and excellent service.
