G. I.We wanted to write a review after our experience shopping in Waterstones, Gloucester yesterday. What an amazing sales assistant at the till. While my daughter chose a book I heard him serving other customers, he recalled previous purchases they had made and asked if they had enjoyed them, he recommended other choices for them and had even put a book aside he thought a customer might like on the hope they'd come in. When it was our turn he was so friendly and enthusiastic about our choices. He is obviously a passionate reader, deeply knowledgeable about books and authors, and wonderful with customers. Such a joy to be served by a real professional. Waterstones are very lucky to have him.
