Following the excellent service my sister received at your Hereford branch, across a visit from Devon last weekend, I took the opportunity to use your Hereford store. I am so glad that I did. I received excellent, helpful service from Phillip, who worked with me to establish quantities and advised on service preparation. Paint mixes were arranged and collection planned for the following morning. Everything was ready packed and good to go when I arrived. I was delighted to be on the right side of some excellent offers to boot! It was clear from the general atmosphere and the experience of the other customers, many of whom were obviously regulars, that Phillip and his the team take great pride in their level of professional customer service. An atmosphere of friendly, helpful efficient service was very well well received by everyone. I shall certainly be visiting again. Tim Trumper
