D. Z.Good experience, store layout good it's a very big store and located inside the Kingston retail park. It's ideal for visiting before going to the odeon (which is a short walk) to get your snacks instead of paying extortionate cinema prices!

G. C.Friendly and helpful staff make customers feel welcome. The store has a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The only problem i have encountered is that it can sometimes be difficult to queue for the tills as you often have to go down one of the aisles to join the appropriate queue.

P. S.Not been for a long time so I decided to pay a visit this morning. Reasonably quiet and store well stocked. Bought a couple of items at very reasonable price. Staff very polite and friendly and Covid19 guidelines being observed. This is a very large store but it appears that if you want something specific you will find it in here and to assist there are up to date signs above each aisle indicating what you will find. Well worth the visit. Closed New Year's Day 2021.
R.Free parking. Friendly staff. Loads of different variety in stock in Home, kitchen, food, Pets, Bathroom, Furniture, Garden, etc. Prices are quite reasonable. Returns are acceptable in 30 days if you have a receipt. It's has wheelchair friendly site and parking. There is loads of stuff for young kids as well as adults. You'd end up buying something or the other once you visit B&M, it's rare to come home empty handed. Happy shopping.

A. L.Easily accessible most people keeping social distancing. The staff where incredable, asked where a certain item was, and another, and another it was no problem to her. At the checkout the girl saw I was struggling and without asking loaded my carriers, really good.

P. C.On a red hot day they had the air con set to cold. Staff were wearing coats, but it was a great relief whilst I did some shopping. Well presented store so I soon found the items I had come to purchase and then it was back out into the searing heat.

C.Not bad for topping up kitchen essentials, a sort of giant corner shop, with added curtains & various Chinese knick-knacks. Staff try their best but social distancing is not their target shopping demographic's highest priority!
