Great service, bed came promptly and was a really nice colour. The headboard had a few scratches on it so I sent them pictures and they replied within 10 mins saying they'll send out a new one!

Absolutely amazing company, they were really helpful, super friendly and my bed was delivered in no time. Ordered a new bed on the 20th of april but before placing the order I hadn't read the update on how the lockdown was effecting delivery options. The manufacturers of the bed and mattress I had ordered wasn't currently operating so naturally the delivery time was unknown. I was fairly desperate for a new bed so couldn't wait as it could easily have been 6 weeks before we received the order. Claire gave us some options of available beds but there wasn't any to our taste so we asked for a refund which she was happy to give us, but asked if we wouldn't mind waiting while she contacted more of her suppliers to see if she could find something suitable. Later that day we was emailed a few options, one of which was the Buckingham winged ottoman bed and we loved it so confirmed the order. The bed was delivered yesterday and its stunning and I had the best night sleep I've had in a long time. I would like to thank Claire for all her help and wouldnt hesitate to recommend bed on legs and will certainly use them again in future.

I bought a bed and mattress last year and customer service still supports you... Exceptional. Some of the wooden slabs have broke on our bed and it was no hassle for their advisors, they'll contact the manufacturer and send out replacements. We'll only buy from yourselves moving forward.
