s. c.The staff are great and help you the best they can though sometime they can be a little busy.
They have some good items in, a fairly decent range women’s clothes are a little lacking and limited style which is not the best so I go unisex/men’s.
Sometimes they don’t have the item you want even though the website says it’s in because it can take the database a while to catch up. I ordered a sling bag chest bag but couldn’t get the color I wanted (no black, though you can get more colors online, I prefer the red). Just hope it’s still in and doesn’t get cancelled but sadly I’m having to wait a few days before it arrives for me to collect if it is in.
Half a star knocked off because of database/website issues, half due to some clothes ranges (the camping range is great though), but the staff have been fantastic so far and will try go out their way for you.

F. p. w. b.The thing with the card bothers me , we purchased off line and a week later still not arrived so it means if you shop in store your paying extra which is most annoying , it's well stocked and if you have the members card there prices are good ,fair few bargains to be had and they do have a great selection of products

C. L.If you wasn't Peter Storm boots and shoes then go there's hundreds of them !! Very poor on other brands like Merrell, Brasher etc . I came away empty handed, feeling a bit disappointed.

My only quibble is I always have to queue at the tills for a while as there's never enough staff on them, whether the shop is quiet or busy. Apart from that it's an essential UK business! Worth picking up an annual discount card for a fiver.

A. B.Go outdoors is a big store that sells mostly outdoor and camping equipment.It has a decent car park and has some nice clothing and stuff in there! The staff are very helpful as well.Downside is you need a discount card which is a fiver but it gives you a saving on purchases.
D. E.The usual anti Covid procedures were in place but as my visit was in the evening, there weren't many customers and it was easy to look around. There was plenty of stock, which was heavily discounted and a great price. Service was reasonably quick and I will be there again soon.

Went to the till to pay and it's scanned by the assistant comes up as £330-00 ask to present discount card and scanned, parker becomes £98-00. Confusing or what. There was no price tag for £330-00, so where did that price come from ? As l said very confusing.
S. F.Just popped in for some water proof overtrousers. Selection of stuff seemed a bit limited but got what I wanted. Bit annoyed that the toilets were closed seem to be open in most shops now. Also wish they would put more people on the tills second time ive seen people in the queue putting stuff back and walking out!

A.The staff in this store are really helpful. It's the go outdoors website that lets it down. Some product descriptions are missing key information. Drinks bottle=no capacity. Camping beds and chairs=no max weight. Things that people look for are not there. Please sort it

J. H.Overall you can get everything you need to get going. The only downfall is it's not as big as others therfore not as many displays, always find them massively useful.

V. R.I Love Go Outdoors. It has a large choice of everything outdoors. Never fail to get what I want. I am a keen walker and skier. It also has a good childrens selection also.
