F. N.A great shop - some stuff is over priced such as pet beds... but does carry a great variety of stock plus live food for reptiles. Does have a pet section for sale, such as rabbits, rats, mice etc - nicely homed. Also has a vets on the premises. Kind friendly staff.

W.I'm a regular customer having 8 dogs ,today the deputy manager help me get worming tablets and register dig that wasn't on my VIP app, her knowledge and people skills were really helpfull,,saving me a fortune setting up a.monthly plan and with additional vouchers left with 2 bags of food, I understand that representatives from the company were due to visit,I wish they were there while I was shopping to tell them how helpfull they were, as are the Groom Room, thankyou, I'm really sorry I forgot your name,but all staff are helpfull.

A.Good, fast service but very, very expensive. I would advise anyone looking for vetinary services on somewhat of budget/low as possible cost to try local independent businesses, they're not always cheaper but are flexible in cost. On our last visit to Pets at Home it cost over £60 for a one minute pregnancy scan of one Guinea Pig.

R. C.The shop can get a little backed up at the till at busy times, but the staff are always friendly and happy to help with any advice you might need on products and other products.
The shop always has great deals on, especially on the branded cat foods, which is made even better when using the VIP vouchers from the app. They have pretty much every product you would need for your pet in one place, yeh not the cheapest for everything, but I'd rather pay for the convenience.
The click and collect collection could do with a little improvement, but I think the minor confusion (missing item) that I experienced was maybe due to a lack of staff at a peak time, it got sorted in 5 minutes with a smile. Ive made a note to always double check I have everything in my delivery before I go.
As an ex-retail worker, I can also appreciate how neat (with the facing-up) the shop is most of the time.
It IS in a bit of an awkward place on the Stoneferry roundabout but this is no fault of the shop, just a heads up to any non-regular customers passing through.

Sadly had to have a pet put down however the vets and everyone we spoke to were lovely and made the whole process a lot easier. Even recieved a condolences card with 2 sets of paw prints, this wasn't expected at all but was lovely to get. Also they have an adorable shop cat who has an important job of testing the pet beds to make sure they're comfy, definitely my favourite staff member.

P. C.I was in the Stoneffery pets at home store earlier today with my young son and our dogs looking to buy some food for the Dogs.
We were greeted by an assistant who was extremely friendly and courteous to my son and the dogs, unfortunately she could not help me with some information I wanted about the food but she did get me the manager who explained to me everything I needed to know and weighed my dogs to ensure what food I got was correct for my dogs. whilst the manager was helping me the assistant took my little boy on a tour of the shop showing him all the animals and the fish. I ended up spending more than I had intended but it was worth it just for the joy of listening to my son for the next 3 hours telling me all about the animals. this is a great store and I will definitely be going there for all of my pets needs from now.
C. B.Lovely place to shop for your pets. Lots of variety. Bought two jackets and royal canin dry food but also some toys. Loved the way they categorised the toys depending on your dogs personality. Mine is definitely cuddly.

We bought our Little Rabbit from here and get everything we need for her at this store. If we have any questions about her or what to feed her they always know and give their personal experiences about the products. All the staff go above and beyond and out of their way to give you any help they can. They even have time to talk to you, which for me goes along way in customer service!

Takes food from us, loves coming out into his exercise ball and let's us stroke him...til he turns his head as to say "Yeah enough now " lol.

C. V.Pricey, I bought 3 tubs of live food for my reptiles - one of which was a box of crickets, got home and the majority of them were dead. Reptiles won't eat dead insects so that was a waste, otherwise it's an ok place.
