He tried to help us the day before but we had card issues so he urged us to come back due to an offer that was ending which we didn’t even know about so that was brilliant. Super helpful, polite and just lovely to deal with, couldn’t ask for better service he’s an asset to the team and really knows his stuff. 😊

S. H.Staff are friendly and lovely, unfortunately the company seems to charge much more for the same quality goods that can be found at independent stores. Understandably overheads are more but i'd suggest local pet stores before over spending on kibble here.

K. D.Pets at home isnt a cheap pet shop but they have a wide range of food and accessories. The only fault I have with this shop is that the bag of cat litter I was going to buy had been peed all over by a dog. I had to buy a more expensive bag as I didn't want to take a stinking wet bag home!

Z. 0.I've been here many times. I'm really disappointed though, because there's barely any rabbits for sale and the price has gone up. £60 pounds for ONE rabbit?? Are you insane? I demand you to lower it back.
