Amazing service! my son has special needs and I needed to swap his carpet for laminate really quickly as it was a hazard... they came, they quoted and within a week it was done. The fitter was lovely and cleaned up after himself leaving my sons room very tidy. highly recommend for great service and amazing value x

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also advised on cheaper alternatives and that it was cheaper to buy the carpet we wanted from the roll rather than the offcut as that was more that we needed. Not at all pushy, just helpful.

Craig is a fantastic and helpful salesperson. We use United Carpets as they are competitive price wise, good selection and quality. However, on this occasion we had a lone carpet fitter not the one’s who have been previously and were brilliant. It was a very wet rainy day and he walked up my stairs onto laid underlay with wet shoes! Could not believe I had to ask him to remove them. Would have expected more respect in someone’s else’s home and especially when laying a BRAND NEW bedroom carpet, appalling. Make sure to don’t get him to lay yours. On the same day my daughter had a carpet laid from the same place but with 2 different fitters in a smaller room and they were courteous , polite, friendly and removed their shoes without being asked. Has put me off them for that reason feel I got the short straw on that day.

The gentleman we spoke too was very knowledgeable about what we was thinking about having in the cushion floor range to fit our bathroom but just didn't have exactly what we where looking for but he went out of his way to help as much as possible so would definitely go back when we need something else

Really excellent service from this store! Being closed due to Covid didn't stop them being so helpful- asked what flooring we would like and the size, then send across photos of everything in stock. Picked our floor from the photos, paid over the phone and collected outside. Very effecienct service, incredibly helpful and very reasonably priced for the quality! Our floor fitter even commented on what excellent quality it was. Thankyou!
