Very surprised went to ipswich superstor one good parking wheelchair access friendly dident see any toilets but lots of access around store got everything i went for not a lot of staff but who were there wer helpful and polite looked happy it was quite busy covid awareness good and fantastic i dident need coin for trolly🙋‍♀️

B&M is always a good shop wherever it is! Some shelves were a bit empty but that was because things were being moved around. Near the paint at the back there wasn't enough space to get through with a trolley which if the shop was busier could cause a hold up as had to walk back with the trolley.

Everything I want I find at B&M, I know if I I go into this store my purse is going to be a whole lot lighter and I will have good quality stuff to take home. The staff have always been very helpful to me, and have often gone beyond their job to help me with a product. Recommend B&M to anyone. Easy disability access although no conveniences but there are across the car park in the cafe.

Really cool place everything under one roof. Same old start to a business though, loads of staff all very keen ,.wanting everything to go well. Then a few weeks later no staff and one till open. You sell more items if you have more staff and you loose less stock through theft. People like to see staff and they like customer interaction. When will these companies learn.

Another visit to B&M. Its a great store with a cornucopia awaiting inside. Great parking leading right up to the door which is extremely assessable. I found the staff to be really helpful & polite although not very informative, (presumably not down to them but the lack of information passed down or the lack of training provided). Definitely worth a visit as very convenient with so many different things all under one roof at great price's.

Good store with a good range of stock, most at reasonable prices. As long as you're a little savvy, you can pick up some bargains. Do pay attention to the packet size and the price. Sometimes items aren't as cheap as they first appear gram for gram.

Went in for Christmas outdoor lights, and decorations, shelfs empty and not much in stock, either they had not replenished the shelfs or were waiting for stock but very poor christmas selection, rest of shop well stocked!

All B&M stores have bargains, this one included. However, the member of staff you get at this store is really hit and miss. There are some lovely members of staff who will go out if their way to help you but others, who seem to be in management or team leaders, who find messing about with colleagues and ignoring customers is acceptable. For those friendly, customer service focussed staff, thank you.

Covid guidelines were being followed. Shop sells a wide range of items, food, pet supplies, alcohol, gifts, homeware, toys etc. Sufficient staff to reduce queues at checkout.

Good store for just about anything. I asked a member of staff for an item and he took straight to it. I like that you have plenty of parking. All good. Just remember parking is limited to 2hrs Only. If you go over you will get an automatic fine through the post.

I had a good meander around the store, on My mobility scooter. Plenty of room and lots of nice products. Filled My trolley. Loaded up the conveyor belt. I then emptied my basket,I picked My handbag up,to get My bags and to check I didn't have anything else. I had a candle which fell when I picked up the shopping bags. Before I could even pick the candle up,the till operative Barked "candle" at Me. I was very offended , He wasn't very friendly and started the next customer before I could move My shopping. He was then rude to the woman behind Me. I spent £99.52, and had no intention of stealing a £2.99 candle!!

Good service never really have to wait more than 5 mins. Good range of stock. Fairly priced. Stock includes tinned canned foods sweets chocolate crisps homeware house essentials personal essentials toys diy garden and so on.

Wow I originally thought this place stood for bondage and mattresses but after taking a curious peak inside for some toys for the bed room I was surprised to see a wide aray of food and snacks that are from popular brands that haven't made it to the bigger stores yet, I brought myself some watermelon lucozade and other unique things I haven't seen in the bigger markets. I left with store with my curiousity being met and I will be returning for mcvitties orange biscuits. Staff were helpful and this is local to many other shops . My curiosity for the bedroom toys still looms though.

Love it prices are just right just have to be careful that you don't over spend because there is so much in there to buy in lots of different departments but it is cheap and cheerful and generally speaking sometimes well worth a look as you might pick up a bargain especially if you're thinking of garden products coming up for summer
