The shop itself is great, great variety of stock and very spacious! However visited here today and my 1 year old needed her nappy changed and I asked politely if they had anywhere at all to change her and I was told a swift no ... The Whitehouse one let me use their staff toilet before so will definitely be using that one in the future! :)

Good B and M store. Located next to Sainsbury’s so easy to shop at both places but not have to move the car. Good range of products. Lots of Christmas ideas and Christmas gifts available at the moment. Lots of other items available too. Cleaning products, blankets, cushions, kitchen bits, storage boxes, stationary arts and crafts, tools and lots more.

Good big store, but when said something was avaliable online at this store but was not , gave false information. I don't live nearby and got driven about 30 miles to this store to buy a bed that was not install in my local, only to revice that the bed i wanted was not there .

Visited for a few items, there was no need to queue as it was midweek and the store wasn't too busy, as usual at that time it was easy to observe social distancing and everyone that I saw were wearing face masks. The store was well stocked and clean and we managed to buy everything that we needed. The staff operating the tills were as usual friendly and polite.

Busy and full of bargains. If you love cheap, you'll love B&M. Its doesn't pretend to be anything else, does what it says on the tin. Great place to pick up some lightweight DIY tools or soft furnishings. The food is mainly tinned, alcohol section is a pleasant surprise.

This is one of the big B&B stores they have everything unlike some stores around the country .it used to be homebase so it has a massive out door area selling garden centre stuff ..ps same stock as B&Q but cheaper ..go there and see

Friendly service on the main till.just a recommendation I think the staff at the tills should be able to sit down this is really unfair and not good to stand in one place for long periods of time this should be looked into.

I didnt go in yesterday, after the experience I had 3 weeks ago. I had a female that barged into me, I turned round to find that she had a mask dangling off her ear. I politely mentioned about the mask and all I received was abuse. She was still shouting abuse when I was going through the tills. I mentioned about the mask at the till and all I was told staff cant ask people to wear masks in the shop. Even if one was dangling off their ear. What I was quite upset about was the till staff wasnt that bothered about how much abuse was being shouted.. she kept shouting I have medical papers etc and I wasnt a fing staff member nothing wrong with her lungs. I wouldnt have mentioned it as I know some people cant wear them but if u see someone with a mask dangling off your ear I presumed she had just forgotten, like I had one time before and I thanked them for the reminder

A large array of goods on offer at really good prices. From confectionery to furniture including electrical items, bedding, kitchen and bathroom items, DIY and toys. Most things one may require for the home and garden all under one roof. The staff I found to be friendly and helpful though could do with more on the shop floor to seek advice from. There were plenty of trolleys and baskets and also an easily accessible free carpark right outside. 5 stars.

Good for some great bargains. Not everything is stocked every time a lot of items seem to be for a limited time only. Lea and Perrin's worstershire sauce has not been available for a couple of months now and it was so cheap at £1.50 for a half pint size.
