O. J.Purchased a nice mattress today. Served by Victoria, who was very nice and helpful. She told us all we needed to know and answered questions. Then mainly she allowed us space and time to chat between ourselves while deciding. She was not pushy at all which In this case was the reason I spent my money. I hate pushy sales people, makes me go elsewhere.
Great customer services. Nice clean light and friendly atmosphere. All good so far. Quick delivery times. 10 days for this order. Let’s just hope the delivery is not changed or any issues then I would definitely recommend.

L. S.Went in to the store to buy a mattress. Had a Sleep Match assessment. Was shown three different mattresses to try. Friendly, non pressured service. Completed the purchase that day in store. Will be recommending.

Cathy then showed us to the beds that were recommended and allowed us time to discuss each option. Cathy suggested we return to previous beds to ensure we made our best decision.

R. C.Friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had all the information I needed, even offered a cuppa. No annoying sales people buzzing around you constantly when you're checking out the different mattresses etc. Plus the price match means that they are very competitive as well!

s. k.Very friendly staff but beds are so hot considering i payed £800 for just the mattress changed from a gel matt to a pocket sprung 1 & seems even hotter so not sure if i would return as the best bed to get is like over £1500 & who has that kind of money for a bed or mattress.
