Brilliant staff and so helpful. Thank you to till lady we keeping the name dave lol. Highly recommend. Update with are little dave he settle in very quickly and very happy with him. Best option in getting a large cage lots space for him and buying a big wooden house would recommend doing may seam over the top a house that small rabbit but fill it up with bedding he loves it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have a huge variety of pet food and supplies and I like the way they make sure anyone who want to buy a pet from them knows the responsibility of adopting a animal and give you the relevant info and equipment you need to support the animals physical and mental health. I like this store as the staff are very helpful and they usually have what I need in stock, rather than the Martlesham store which rarely has what I need. The staff at this store are really helpful and will always go out of their way to help. As with all pets at home shops, the aquatics section is fairly limited, so for fish related shopping I would recommend elsewhere. However, this shop is well kitted out for all your small animal needs and is competitively priced too! For small animal or dog feeds then this is the shop to get it.

Bought out guinea pigs for the shop a few days ago. When we arrived it was easy to find a member of staff to talk to about wanting the animals and it was obvious she really cared about the well-being of the animals once they were sold. She asked all the right questions to make sure we knew what we were getting into and was able to answer all our questions in return. The staff and the tills were polite and friendly and managed the queue well. The boys are now settled nicely into their new home.

Received excellent customer service and advice on a new hamster. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and really explained things well to my daughter. The animals on display for sale looked clean and well cared for and the animal adoption pod in the centre of the store, giving animals much needed good homes, is a fabulous idea. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because some of the items in the store are quite over priced and can be bought elsewhere much more cheaply. Other than this, have always been happy with the purchases we have made here. The hamster we bought seems to be in good health and is a confident and friendly little creature so I would assume he has been handled well prior to us buying him.

Went to get frozen rats for my snake, wasn't any in the fridge on the shop floor but staff went out back to check for me and brought them out, have been to other P@H stores and been told if it's not out on shelf they don't have it without even checking, but this one the staff are very helpful

Generally a good shop with a lot of stock. A little disappointed today when I went in, looking for grooming products. Specifically scissors, they just didn't have many at all, 2 pairs to be exact. Would have been nice to see a set, at least 1 set. A few different sets of clippers in-stock but due to the problem with shoplifters they only have cards with pictures, which you take to the cashier. The only problem with this is you can not actually look at them and feel them (not the fault of pets at home)

I often shop at your store but thought I would write a review of the excellent service I received today. A young girl called Sarah was so helpful when I was deliberating on which dry dog food to try for my 8year old baby. Sarah was so patient and listened to my reasons for wanting to try out a new food. We decided on a Wainwright mature food. Hopefully Rosie will agree with the choice.

I am a Grandmother who visited your shop on Saturday to ask for some advice about rabbits as my grandchildren are at the age where a pet is very much wanted. I was served by a beautiful young girl called Sarah who not only taught me everything and more that I needed to know but also took the time to show me all that would be needed and the costs. Lovely calm shop, pets alloud in with you, hutches out the front, good selection of products, most pet foods dry and wet, frozen foods avaliable, tanks hutches and cages, food storage, feeding accessories e.g bowls etc, walking accessories e.g leads collars etc selection of pet health care products. Lovely selection of fish, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rats. Sometimes they have a few up for adoption where you donate and take the pet home. Safety checks are 5* they care for the animals well-being and are always ready to help offer information and advice. Our rabbit can with a free bag of hay and food plus free vaccination and health check. The lady showed us everything else we needed to care for our new bunny and was very helpful.
