I walked 40mins to this place because of the reviews that i read and the rating. Therefore, my expectations were already high. I needed to frame 5 prints of different sizes, that we got abroad for our new home. Upon arriving to A-S frames, i saw that the place was closed. However, there was a paper on the window that said that they were only working by appointments. Luckily the paper had a phone number, so I called and Andrew agreed to meet me there in 10min. Andrew was very attentive to my requests, very helpful and friendly. His suggestions made everything easier for me and he was patient enough to wait for me when I called my mom for her opinion. I left feeling very satisfied and lighter knowing that my prints would be in the best hands. I received my framed prints last week and they look incredible! Amazing work from a person that clearly loves what he does, which is reflected in the excellent customer service that is delivered. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their prints/pictures framed and who is looking for quality customer service!

Big praise to Andrew Saddler @ AS Frames. I went in today to get a wedding picture for a friend at the quality was incredible. You get to pick which frame you want and it will get made to the exact size you need, there is plenty to choose from. Make sure you contact him before you visit it’s APPOINTMENTS ONLY! so don’t be confused if you turn up and nobody is around. I've had many pictures framed and found Andrew's service to be of quality and value for money. I recently had an old antique frame made into a mirror which looks fantastic. I've had home visits and more recently visited the shop on Chapel Town Road. I would highly recommend and will be using again. October 2013 update - I've used Andrew again to have four posters framed. He is very helpful when advising on frame types and mounts. I'm very happy with the results. Recommended.

Found this framers via the internet, as needed 4 beautiful artists' prints framed during Covid. Andrew responded to my call instantly and made an 1-1 appointment for me to meet at his shop to look at his range of frames and mounts at my earliest convenience. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful to an exceptional level; my favourite comment as I tried to choose an unnecessary mount to put on one print: 'it's been printed on the paper like that by the artist for a reason'. He was right of course, and the framed print reflects this - as does his honesty. A less scrupulous person would have encouraged me to choose a mount to put up the bill. The pictures look lovely, were very good value and were completed and ready to collect within a couple of days. I really recommend AS frames and, once again, a big thank you to Andrew for providing an expert service, safely, during these tricky days of Covid.

Out of all the framing places I went to, to enquire about getting my frame built, I decided to go with As frames. Not only did he finish my frame in the time I asked for, he helped me decide the best background for the frame and the wood for the edges. He also spent time helping me to decide how to position everything in the best possible way and came up with a solution to display everything while keeping a nice form factor. Honestly, I don't think anyone could have done better job. The quality of customer service is amazing, I went to other framers before coming to him and none of them were as welcoming and friendly as Andrew. Even at times I felt like I was being about difficult, he still managed to work with me to ensure that my frame was completed to a high standard. It's very rare that I write reviews, but I felt that this was well deserved, especially for a frame shop! I hope to come back and use his services again.

I was struggling to find someone that could stretch a canvas on a frame, till I came across AS Frames. The owner Andrew met me at his shop on a Saturday, at a time that was convenient for me.
