I work here,so it's up to you if you take my advice. It's big and beautiful, plenty of choices and bargain prices to be had.you have the luxury of a garden centre that I've not really had the joy of seeing yet,but know I will be buying from that part one day.the store is in 3 parts to me.garden,food and drink and washing and cleaning. Then last is another part I don't get to see much the household items like cups, blankets, pillows, electricals and toys. Plus loads more. Some really amazing Christmas stock now in too. Hope you have as much fun shopping here as I do working here.😀

As much as I love the products and prices of this place. The customer service is equally ridiculous. The staff doesn’t bother to go and check stock for you if requested. That’s the only down side otherwise definitely value for money.

Love this B&M - it’s huge and always has what I am looking for inside. Lots of availability and the staff are always kind and welcoming. Unfortunately they never seem to have many staff members on tills though.

Garden Department 'Kevin' what an absolute STAR! Friendly, helpful, polite and observant too! I didn't have to find someone to assist me, he came straight to me and asked if I needed a hand. I appreciated the offer and gratefully accepted. He stacked the trolley for me, pushed it to the checkout, all I did was wave my card over the reader and he took the trolley out to my car, loaded it into the boot and took the trolley back. I was in and out of the Store in less than 10 minutes. Many thanks for your assistance Kevin. I was blown away by your kindness. Such a refreshing change to receive this level of Customer Service. Note: I did try to contact the Store directly by telephone, which I was unable to do, it being a 2 option automated machine. Which was disappointing because I would have preferred to speak to Kevin's manager to ensure Kevin was aware of the feedback I'd given. If I could give him 10/10 I most certainly would. Thank you so much.

Great stock selection and reasonable prices but all the trolleys in the trolley park were unusable due to being jammed with tokens inserted by customers instead of £1 coins.
