Exceptional in every way. I don't often write reviews but felt I had to for this company. From our first visit to their showroom in April to their fitting the stove (today) they have been totally professional, knowledgeable, respectful and reliable. Helen's advice was excellent both when we visited the shop and when she visited our house, and Kaz and Scott were brilliant fitters - so knowledgeable, efficient, competent and cheerful. They went the 'extra mile' in making sure the stove was well fitted, overcoming any unexpected issues such as our non flat floor and they did everything they could to leave the house clean and tidy - even washing the drive where they had been working outside. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I can't recommend this excellent outfit enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. They fitted a lovely stove for us a couple of years ago. Today the chimney sweep spotted a fault, and within a couple of hours Chevin Stoves had fixed it, without charge or quibble. Just brilliant.

Kaz and Scott made a brilliant job of fitting a wood burning stove for us. They put dust sheets everywhere before starting and cleaned up really well after the installation. Helen was great to deal with, advising me on the best model and make etc. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to clean up my stove and replace the ropes. They had everything I needed at more than reasonable prices. The ropes were cut from a roll so I got exactly the length that I needed. Good advice too. Stove now running like a dream. Also, they were dead nice.

Had these guys round today to service our wood burner and they did an excellent job. Cleaned the chimney, replaced a couple of fire bricks and even repainted it (which was a job I wasn't looking forward to). Would highly recommend!
