Fantastic service, extremely helpful and very patient. Jack and family were very reassuring that if we needed anything just to let them know. I took my father down to find a mobility scooter there was a great selection with honest and down to earth help from the staff made us feel at home and explained all the points of ownership and every question we had needless to say my father purchased a scooter and it was delivered the same day I would recommend them to anyone

Fantastic service from a friendly local mobility shop. Jack offered great advice and even swapped the mobility scooter that my parents purchased and didn't get on with once they tried it on their holiday, nothing to do with the advice or scooter, more to do with my Mothers ability to drive it! Would definitely recommend this shop to others, a nice change to meet someone where customer satisfaction came before a sale.

I recently purchased a rise recliner chair for my mum from Guiseley Mobility and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The staff were very friendly and informative, I was pleased to find the perfect chair ( a narrow fitting one for mum's small frame ) which luckily was in stock and Glenn delivered it later that same day. He explained how all the different functions on the chair work and mum was highly delighted with it. A 5 star service well deserved, thank you all.

Purchased a folding mobility scooter in November 2017. And just purchased a wheelchair with tga power pack. Could not be happier I am zooming around up hills with this after struggling with a cheaper one for 3 years. Could not ask for a better service and very knowledgable.
