We visited the store on Monday morning to buy a lovely set of garden furniture we'd seen on a previous visit. Elaine on reception helped us complete the purchase and organised the quickest delivery ever. Two hours later the furniture was in our garden, delivered by a very pleasant driver!! So thank you so much Elaine, we really appreciate your efficiency. You couldn't have done more xx

JTF is a great place for stuff , or atleast used to be. In recent months stock is lower it seems , the range of items reduced. Still friendly helpful staff, just less there. Massive selection of fireworks at present, as usual for this time of year. Hopefully the coming months will see a return of stock variety.

Visited the store very recently and purchased several items. The staff are very helpful and polite. One item (A Christmas tree) on opening we found that the transformer was missing. Made a call to the store and the situation was rectified to a very satisfactory conclusion. A thank-you to Elaine and Janice, customer care at its best.

Just been in Friendly staff good offers however you need to sort the checkouts ; 1 till on massive queue. No bar codes on garden products so till held up for over 10 minutes. Surely it's best to run at least 2 tills to avoid queues. This seems to happen most times I shop there. Thanks

Excellent service provided. We visited the leeds branch earlier this week and were greeted by Elaine on the reception desk with a lovely smile and cheerful greeting. Elaine was also very helpful when we visited a second time to purchase our garden furniture . Would definitely recommend JTF to anyone, helpful staff and decent prices.

Just been to the Leeds store for some large items we were struggling to get around the store. A very helpful and friendly member of staff came to our rescue and took the trolley to check out for us and even pushed it out to the car and loaded for us! I guess they are getting ready for Christmas, because the store today was so empty I thought they are shutting down. Didn't get anything I wanted so very disappointed with a wasted trip. TBH I don't think you get any better deals here than you do at other discount chains, who generally keep better stock levels.

Got a nice Xmas tree 🎄 for £12, some bulk wood screws and a magnet tool and was out in 5 mins...looks like the place had been shopped clean by the lockdown hordes...was also dead at school pickup time...great time for shopping with the place to yourself.

I have been to jtf in Leeds quite alot, one of my favourite stores. My wife and I bought alot of items last week and the staff were very helpful, they went out of their way to help us.They made sure we got the nhs discount as my wife works at the hospital.Overall friendly and helpful staff .We will continue to shop there .

Generally good customer service. Ordered a sofa for home delivery which was delayed by courier and we were not made aware. Eventually we had to cancel as it took too long. However JTF were very understanding and offered full refund

Went to jtf (Leeds) and try to purchase a garden furniture seat but unfortunately it was our of stock. spoke to a lovely women on reception called Elaine. explained the situation with her and she said "leave your name and number with me and I'll do what I can to see if we are getting anymore instock, or able to transfer from a different store" anyway I gets a phone call from a random number and it was Elaine from jtf. I answered the phone and she said she was Elaine from jtf is that Mr.... I said it is yes, she said guess what I've only gone and got you the garden furniture you was after. this women went above and beyond not just for me but for others too. so thank you to Elaine on reception at jtf Leeds

I was very impressed when I called ad the reserved a desk for my son. We collected it and spent three hours putting it together to find 17 screws missing. The insructions said 57 screws but there were only 40. I messgaged customer services who told me to pup back to the shop but as it was miles away I ordered the screws online paying extra. Now ready to construct the drawer we find the holes for it don't line up with the desk so still no drawer . Bit disappointing really.

We recently bought a 3 seater swing for our respite care home, it had over £150 off so a major bargain !. We turned up in our mini bus and brought some of our service users out for the trip, the people at JTF Leeds we so helpful , they even brought the package right to the back doors on a trolley and helped us lift it in. Absolutely love this place. You can get so many items cheaper than supermarkets and more of the larger items (eg. Wash powder ect). The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Bonus though it is easily accessible for wheelchair users. A large variety of things from garden to beds.

Although the staff seem to be a bit scarce and there are longer than expected queues at the tills this is a fantastic store. Membership used to have an annual fee although this has been abolished and all you need to do is obtain a membership card (which can be done upon visiting).
