J. B.a little bit expensive. Nice when they got sale on .staff have always been polite and helpful. I get my tough toys there but they don't last long I suppose we were lucky and got a day out of it but this day and age you have to watch what you spend on .I need value for money .but on the hole I love the shop
C. E.Bought a dog crate from the Norwich store whilst on hols. The cashier, Craig, on the tils told us how to get our young dog used to the crate and advised we could return if he didn't take to it. We returned to the Colton branch on return from hols, our local. Whilst there wasn't a problem as such... give me Craig any day. I would employ Craig all day long!

But anyway, what a magnificent, caring individual you are!!
When I mentioned termination, my heart broke into 2 pieces and she pulled me together in a very sensitive way.
I think Briny should be in charge of all vets 4 pets trainees as she is a model of how your receptionist should be like.

M. S.I really love coming to pets at home has they have everything I need for my pets and the staff are very polite and helpful
S. M.had a good shopping trip as we took our puppy Reggie for some toys, jacket , bed and food. he certainly enjoyed trying out the beds lol. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful.
