Bought a hutch last night from here. They went above and beyond. The one we wanted was in a storage unit out back and rather than say “no sorry we haven’t got it” like you expect from these places, they went out and emptied the entire container they then attempted to get it into our boot even though it just didn’t fit lol. Very helpful staff

Great staff very helpful and polite. Its a bit expensive but cheaper than the vets and they sometimes have 3 4 2 deals on. There is hand gel on entering and staff wear masks, it feels very safe as people queue outside when its too busy so there is room to social distance.

They have a good selection of pet foods. That range from dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. To rabbits, rats, hamsters, gerbils, and chinchillas. They have a varied stock of cages, hutches, runs and tanks. Toys for all your pets. Large and small. Whether they have fur, feathers, scales or fins. They usually have a small selection of small aninimals including; rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters and degus. They sell a variety of fish and they have stocked bearded dragons and geckos in the past. They stock treatments for many of the usual problems. From worms to fleas, ticks and mites. They stock books, beds, leads and collars. You can even engrave a tag of your choice. They really are the one stop shop for pets. The staff have a great knowledge of animal care and needs. They are very friendly. On the whole a great store. Although they can be quite pricey, especially for things like beds.

This pet shop has great service and everything you could need. It sells fish and rodents and supplies for many other pet types including reptiles, rodents, cats, dogs, birds and fish. You can use a Pets at home VIP card here or at any other Pets and Home location.

Everything is fine. But, the VIP club card is pointless, you can get some vouchers in the first 3 months and then you won't get anymore. You can't even see how many points you got in the app.

Got my guinea pigs from here and they seem to have been taken care of very well. however the ones in the other cage had ringworm and sometimes when up for adoption the rabbits and guinea pigs are put in cages too small. Other than that massive variety been going there for years and years
