I love this store! I honestly don’t think there is anything they don’t stock or can’t get for you. It has an excellent choice of natural treats and raw food and there’s always someone on hand to give advice. It’s my go to pet shop.

I have know Natalie the owner for a few years now. The shop is great, it's got everything you need to feed and look after your pets. Her knowledge on food is outstanding, has both raw and other types of foods so caters to all diets 😊

Highly recommend this pet store. I get the raw dog food I need for my two dogs and always pick up some tasty natural treats for them aswell. Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and has a lovely atmosphere. If you want really high quality goods at reasonable prices and to support a local business too then use this shop! They sell all sorts of pet supplies including dog toys, treats and beds and of course items for your other animals such as cats, birds and hamsters. Great shop.

Great variety of goods and very friendly helpful staff who pointed me in the right direction to find the cat treats I was looking for, and was absolutely wonderful with helping me bag everything! Will definitely pop in again next time I need something! One thing I especially liked was that they stock the James Wellbeloved grain free cat food pouches, which my mum is unable to order from Tesco as part of her normal grocery delivery, so I'm very happy I can pop in here to get them for her cat as a treat!

Just nipped into the urban pet store, I’m so glad I did they sell so much stuff! I got my dog some wormer and a vitamin drink for my chickens :). It’s a lovely shop you can tell they have spent lots of harm work making it look lovely! Will definitely recommend!

Bought a few things for my rabbits here previously but after spending a week in bed with flu I suddenly realised at 4.30pm on a Saturday the rabbits needed food. I tried calling them and even though they close at 4pm they actually picked up the phone. I advised we had ran out of rabbit food so the woman on the phone said if my husband could make it round to the shop quickly she would still serve him. As my husband set off walking I began explaining a few problems my rabbit has been having and the woman gave me some really good info. Even when my husband got there the woman was really helpful and happy to serve him the products despite being closed! Can you imagine being able to do that at Pets at Home? #Shoplocal

Just saying how wonderful this delightful shop is...my recent order was misplaced by Hermes ..on contacting the shop I got a sincere apology,totally not there fault.. I was delight to receive a personal delivery a couple of hours later to my door...social distancing of course ... First time using UrbanPet Store very helpful staff couldn’t do enough to help me out and the item of clothing I bought I was able to return if it was no good for my dog and as it was near to closing time I was told they would have opened the door for me we were talking through txt and I thought I might get caught in traffic well worth a visit I didn’t realise this store was on my doorstep well worth 5*x
