Reviews of Travelling Man

I took Leo my 8y old Pokémon/Animé fan to Travelling Man as a treat after a hospital visit last Thursday.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Mike (I think 😳🙈) and his …

The best part of Travelling Man is the staff. All of them have been friendly and very helpful. Their recommendations have never failed to impress ( especially when choosing gifts). If they don't have something in store they will try to order in if possible.
A friend of mine once mentioned they were looking for a book they didn't have while walking through the store which they apparently overheard and ordered it in. Was a great surprise to him to find it a week later!

A clean, bright, uncluttered shop, with ample room to browse a wide variety of games in one half, and books and comics in the other half.
Games range from easy entry family games, that take a short time, through to seriously long and challenging boardgames for the experienced.
There is also a role-playing games section, with miniatures to support them.
The books include one wall of manga, another wall of indie publishers, and one wall of Marvel/DC mainstream.
A table in the middle showcases local self-publishers and small press titles, and there is a section for material of relevance to LGBTQ readers.
This is a shop where I can browse one half, while my daughter checks the other, and we both find something interesting every time.

Great shop with a fantastic range of board games (most popular ones plus other good ones brilliantly listed A-Z!) along with a good range of comics.

Love it they have a wide selection of board games, comics, manga, figurines and cards. They have evening events as well like game night, magic gathering and dungeons and dragons so plenty of variety and choices to communicate and make friends or even just socialise.

An amazing store where you can find manga of all sorts

Lots of games so great for a look around. Much more expensive than most other board games shops, so I'd avoid actually buying anything from here!

Huge range of board games and comics. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Really great selection of products with some pleasant surprises, always worth a visit.

Super-helpful staff, I inquired about comics for my kid sister and member of staff gave me several suggestions and helped find them. Didn't charge me full price on back issues unlike another comic store.
