We received absolutely stunning service by girl named Amy ( blue hair) today. I will be honest - I was a quite sceptical about craft shop, but member of your staff completely changed my point of view. My 6 y.o.daughter was so excited since she entered the shop and was greeted by Amy, who guided her from A-Z, helped to pick the scent for her new plushie and even reminder to priny out birth certificate for her new SCORKITTY plushie. As a manager of retail shop myself - I was truly impressed by customer service Amy provided and I want her to know that she made us all smile today. Hopefully she will be given a good pay rise soon, you dont get people like that in retail often these days❤️ Thank you Amy for making our daughters day brighter, she loved her new friend and doesnt let it go now😁

Went yesterday to get a pink frog!! I think most kids are back at school so the store was quiet, I reccomend going early in the day it's a lot more relaxing when theres less people :) shelby was cool and had cool hair 🐸 and was a great experience overall!!! I love my frog :D

Good selection of base teddies, adorable outfits and decors. Good for many occasions like birthdays or romance and more. Truly charming with the tiny heart in your stuffie and the birth certificate!

Went in there to get my girlfriend and I a Bulbasaur build-a-bear. Staff were super friendly and nice, made me feel like a kid again when I made my very first build-a-bear. Every step of the process was a breeze and had me giggling from joy. Would definitely recommend, especially for children but even adults to allow them to experience ta bit of their childhood again!

Best place! I came to visit England and i made a bear for my bf. The prices werent that high as everyone would say, and the girls that work here are very polite and there to help you!!! I could give it all the stars of the world 🥰

Never done this before but saw a Toothless that my daughter would love. Kind of wasted on adults but could see it would be a fab experience for little ones. Quite expensive but great fun. Get a birth certificate and everything!

Great place to treat your child or yourself. Fill a soft toy full of fluff, give it a heart and a voice too. Brush and groom your new friend and choose from an array of outfits and accessories. Don't forget to name your new friend and collect their birth certificate. The Build-a-bear Workshop also do birthday parties.

As a cynical grandfather I found it slightly uncomfortable to watch a mediocre bear triple in price due to all the add ons being offered to the young child. How could the parents say no? A good idea, but fairly aggressively marketed.

The staff are wonderful and so helpful. This store has a great selection of bears. The only downfall is the price. It is definitely over priced, especially the clothes but the quality is brilliant.

It was a nice experience. Although the wait was a bit too much, but as it was a Saturday, understandably. You get to see the "bear" getting stuffed. And for extra, you can spend on outfits or other accessories.

Get experience. Would recommend going the shop rather tha buying online because the experience is priceless. Choose a bear, Choose what to put inside (kisses, smellies etc), Help stuff and then you can brush and 'wash' your new friend. When finished you go over to a computer where you register the birthday and name. Yes, it seems expensive but I'm really pleased I gave my son this experience. We've coloured in the house/box and it still smells (we got our vulpix in Feb).

Cannot fault the staff in here there brilliant with the kids, never had a problem, some of the prices are abit silly especially for clothing for the bears but its for kids so you expect it to be expensive But overall great.
