We were greeted by Dave and were given plenty of advice , we bought our beds and mattresses and we thought the prices are reasonably better than anywhere else. Dave has a lot of patience and very experienced. Thanks Dave. Definitely recommend this place.

I want to thank everyone at Colourbank. Very helpful friendly staff at Crest Rise. The lad that came to measure up was very helpful and informative.We had to wait for carpets to be fitted but we was happy has we was decorating.We had all the house upstairs fitted so on the Thursday morning me and my husband stayed home to help but no need at all the 2 lads that arrived was Excellent. They was on time and so professional from start to finish. Thankyou so so much we are very pleased. These lads are credit to Colourbank one was called Nic and sorry i cant remember the other young lads name but Thankyou both.

Great choice of flooring at good prices, great service and a very nice young man who fitted the carpet we bought a few weeks ago. Wait time for fitting is a few weeks but that's fine especially if you're decorating 😊 Since writing this review I have bought more carpet based on my previous experience. However this time was shockingly different 😱 this was at the fitting point when on the day we had requested that we have a PM fitting. The fitting rang me and said he wanted to come early I said that it wasn't possible as we had things to do but if possible we would try to get done and would contact him if and when. He didn't like this reply and asked me what did we have to do. I explained that this was our business he then barrages me with calls and turned up outside our home.and was staring at the house he then told my husband if we didn't let him in he wasn't go to fit so we let him leave as we didn't want him in our house ever. Very aggressive and intimidating experience. When we rang colourbank they were not helpful and our fitting was done 2 days later by two very nice lads.

We recently purchased a new carpet and Amtico click flooring for our house. Colourbank were exceptional throughout from the service in store to the fitting of the flooring on the day. We are so pleased and would highly recommend them. We’ve previously had the rest of the house done by them too and the service has been consistently excellent and at great value.

Great service. The gentleman inside was really honest with us about the types of carpets and showed us things in every proce range so we could make our own mind up. Delivery and fitting was arranged really quickly. Carpet was fitted great and we are really pleased with the carpet. We will definitely be going back for other carpets, flooring and beds.

Originally went to carpetright to get a carpet and underlay for my sons room and the staff were rude, had no clue what they was doing and the price they quoted was daylight robbery. Someone recommended these guys to me so I went and visited them and the customer service was another level, polite, helpful, and took us to exactly what we wanted. They showed me a variety of options and I went for a better quality carpet and underlay than I chose at carpet right, and the price was over £100 cheaper!! Also they had wide range and fast availability of when they could fit the carpet. Nathan the carpet fitter was absolutely fabulous, he arrived prompt on time, was friendly and polite, and done an amazing job of fitting the carpet to a high standard. It looks lovely and I am so happy! I would definitely recommend this company and Nathan the carpet fitter, they was fab!! Thanks guys will be coming back to you when I need more carpets!

Plenty of carpet choices in stock and lots of reduction pieces all clearly marked up for size and price. Salesman very polite, friendly and knowledgable. Not at all pushy. Quoted us to include carpet, underlay, door grippers and delivery cost. Could deliver and fit in less than a week. Been using this firm for many many years. Definitely recommend them. Also do laminate flooring, cushion flooring and they also stock beds as well. :-)

Went in today for a carpet for the stairs, we were greeted with a warm welcome and dealt with a guy called tony. He talked us through everything we needed to know and gave us an incredible deal on a carpet, 5 star service with a 5 star product. Will definitely be buying from here again.

He loves his job so much that even when I offered him job at my place he said no ... i Havent bought anything yet as I’m still few weeks away from my house exchange but I soon will be returning to place my order ! Bought a carpet from Cavendish Rd branch. Initially looked at the remnants to see if one was suitable but then found that it was actually cheaper off the roll. Carpet was good price and the fitters were very efficient with the install. Darren and Dean were quick,clean, and very tidy. There was no mess left behind and very pleased with the service. I have just bought a new build and went along to the showroom on Cavendish road to choose carpets and kardeine flooring, after using this store for over 15 years it still has the great customer service as always. They googled my new house and from the plans on the internet gave me a quote which was excellent, as I have many expenses on this house and I could budget funds for the moving in date. I am going on holiday and Michael has let me leave the payment for the fitters and arranged fitting for me so its all done for me while I'm away. great customer service yet again

Went into the Crest Rise store yesterday, bank holiday Monday. We needed single divan bed urgently for my wife's 83 yr old mother who is being discharged from hospital later this week following a slight stroke. Her very old double bed was unsuitable. Also the bed may have to be downstairs as she may not get up the stairs. We chose a divan and mattress, it cost more than we wanted to pay but we needed something quickly. The salesman said it couldn't be delivered before Saturday. After explaining why we wanted it asap he phoned the transport dept. and they said it could be dropped off the next morning between 8.30 and 9am. We went to the house this morning and it arrived bang on 9am. First class service. Well done Colourbank.

I have recently moved into a new build house in the LFE area of Leicester which I needed new carpets for, so I went down to the Cavendish Road store and was helped by Tom who gave me a quote based on the sizes from my building plans and advised me which ranges might be of interest and suitable. Tom also arranged for their estimator to come and confirm the measurements which was the following day. From start to finish my house was carpeted within the week. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. 5stars it looks amazing.

We'd been to a few carpet places across Leicester and not been satisfied with the experience and then tried Colourbank & wish we'd gone here first! All of the staff in the showroom were friendly but particular mention has to go to the man with the Westie dog tie (sorry didn't get his name) who was just lovely and so helpful. The whole approach was different to any other store and we immediately felt right buying our carpet from here. I then had to rearrange the fitting due to personal circumstances and the man on the phone was understanding and helpful - I think he was even going to help me move house!! Fitting went smoothly and although I think they're contractors, they were also friendly and efficient. Overall really pleased with our whole experience and can't recommend this company enough. Been using Colourbank for years - excellent company to deal with. Latest purchase was a Hypnos mattress. Delivery driver on this occasion was rather grumpy to say the least and there was a bit of a mix up about removal of the old mattress. Following a call to Nick everything was sorted out and he not only refunded the removal cost for the old mattress, but also an additional ten pounds! What a gent! Don't bother going anywhere else in Leicester for carpets or beds - you won't find better service.

Wanted carpets and flooring fitted in a new place I was moving in to. When I first got my house I thought Omg what can I do to fix this. I went to colour bank Cavendish road spoke to a gentleman names Michael. He was so brilliant helped me in every way and was really friendly. After sorting things with him they came round and fitted it all for me. It looks amazing and can't push any more how helpful the salesman Michael was. Definitely recommend this place.

Kitted out my whole house with Colourbank. Amazing service from the minute I walked in the door, Michael served me from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble for him and he always went the extra mile for me, I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions and change my mind... But he was patient with me. Was delivered and fitted as arranged and again no problems, great quality carpets and linos which I love love love.
