Over the moon with our plug and play tub. It’s been a great dipping pool in the hot weather to turned down. Aftermarket service has been great wether we have needed advice from the auto line or rang to speak to an advisor once we had moved the tub we always got instant friendly advice. Huge thanks to Sam for helping us out with some pillow lugs. Would highly recommend this company.

I bought an Ultimate hot tub from Combined Shipping. It's huge and the jets are really powerful, so really pleased with it. Combined Shipping were ready to deliver really quick but were happy to hold off until I had built the patio for it to sit on. The communication was great leading up to the install. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and made easy work of dragging it around the house without damaging anything. I paid for installation and the engineer turned up on time and commissioned the hot tub and talked me through the chemicals as he did the first dosing. All in all, very smooth operation, got a great hot tub at a great price, and with no stress.

I received my hot tub in July last year and everything was good for six months until the tub developed a fault and was stuck on full power and would not turn off until the fuse went. First they replied to my emails promptly asking me to check a few things (Trouble shooting) but once that failed the engineer’s came out and replaced the main control unit.

It's much quieter than the one we had 13 years ago at our previous house. From beginning to end our experience with Combined Shipping has been positive. Value for money... Half the price but still a quality product. There was a long wait due to Suez Canal problems and Covid... however like childbirth the wait was soon forgotten when 'Hugh' arrived as in Hugh-mungous swim spa. Hannah and Nathan have been very patient with me and aftercare support has been great. Swimming at a pace using tether... It is like a fishing rod and I'm the whale at the end... soon to be minnow! One stone off in six weeks... Go for it.... You won't regret it! CS is owned by the staff... They took over recently... Therefore very invested in running a successful company. Wee note CS only do kerbside delivery in Scotland... I recommend Falkirk Hot Tubs Supercentre for installation and service in Scotland ask for James.

We deliberated for a few weeks before ordering. Wasn't quite sure about buying from a shipping company however their story is interesting, service is great and I believe very trustworthy. We opted for the full delivery and installation which was great. The tub arrived and was positioned, filled, cover fitted and the guys ran through how it all worked twice. The delivery was made without any fuss and the guys were helpful, friendly and have a 'can do' attitude. The tub looks great, high quality, takes a while to heat up and to get your head around the water/chemical management but after a full week we don't regret it one bit. I've emailed Combined Shipping a couple of times since delivery asking about the chemicals and always receive a quick response. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Combined Shipping

Took delivery of The Rose hot tub in October 2021. Delivery was delayed due to covid and delivery driver shortage. The guys delivering it were excellent and sited it in no time at all, no mess and no damage. I connected it, filled it, added the chemicals and after the water settled down it was ready to go. Been using it most days since, so relaxing. My only problem was with connectivity to the blue tooth. All the instructions did not apply to my tub. The actual connection was P20, not bt speaker as was suggested in all the literature. I stumbled on the answer when I looked at the bluetooth unit. There is a code on it, once I entered this code all was well.

Just had a service done on my Twin Hot tub. Very quick and very reasonable cost for what they did. They turned up when they said they would, got on with the job and left me with a few suggestions on how to keep the tub in good condition. Great service from beginning to end. I was a bit nervous buying from a company I hadn't heard off before, especially as the price for the hot tub was so competitive, but I hadn't of worried. From the initial communication (i called several times to check things like running cost, size, delivery, etc) through to ordering was easy. There was a significant time between order and delivery (months) but this was due to Covid and the fact that everyone was buying hot tubs it seems! Right the way through though they communicated what was happening and were always on the end of the phone or email if I needed an update. On delivery day the two gentleman turned up on time (first drop off) and positioned the hot tub for me where I wanted it (definitely worth the extra money as the tub was way to heavy to move without the right equipment). Now its up and running in the garden, looks amazing and works perfectly. Assembled the few things needed (arm, steps) and set it up myself again due to Covid but guys were really helpful with hints and tips to help me (youtube videos to watch etc). All in all great company, great service and great product at a really competitive price.

We agonised for a long time on what to choose and who to choose to buy a hot tub from. Using the Facebook messenger we were able to ask questions and get advice really easily. We chose the Milano 2 with upgrades and don't think we could have found a better product anywhere else at such a great price. From order to delivery took less than 2 weeks. The delivery was truly exceptional, any doubts about location placement and access were made easy by the guys, who took time to get it in, and positioned well, and then talked me through the tub and how to use it. Wow what an amazing service. Ordered the Jacuzzi online and got a call from them within 2 minutes confirming the order and arranging delivery for a few days later. Got another call then the day before confirming approx delivery time. We ordered the full installation package from them which although wasn't cheap I think was definitely worth the money. They arrived with 3 guys who quickly removed the Jacuzzi from the trailer and using a sled moved it into the garden within 5 minutes and quickly unpacked it. Two of the guys then left to complete other deliveries leaving Dan to complete the installation and setup. Throughout the process Dan asked my preferences for positioning, Lid lift position etc., ensuring I was satisfied with the installation and providing full instructions on how to maintain the Jacuzzi. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending Combined Shipping for there Value for money products, exceptional Service, and amazing after Sales Customer care. Fantastic. I ordered the Destiny hot tub from Combined Shipping on the Monday, and had it in my back garden on the Wednesday! Brilliant service and product. On arrival and on unwrapping of the Destiny I could tell the product build quality was very good, the wiring chassis and control system look very solid and secure when the electrician had it open. Delivery was a breeze, the combined shipping guys had a sled and got that hot tub down the gravel drive, down the sloped side of the house, along the rear patio and in position in about 10 minutes flat. They unwrapped it and positioned it, I had my sparky wire it up and I filled it from a hose, all very easy. It runs great, and the jets are so powerful that it lifts me clear off the recliner!! (i'm 188cm tall). Happy all round, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Oh and btw the sub woofer is evil.......

Excellent product, service, delivery and installation. Ordered a Harmony + Hot Tub for Christmas. Combined Shipping kept me informed of the progress of my order (which arrived when predicted) and arranged delivery two weeks before the 25th. The delivery was handled very well by the team who had to take the Hot Tub through my neighbours garden and fence - but this didn't phase them - and it was in place in less that 15 minutes and my neighbours garden left looking "untouched". Hot Tub was then unwrapped, filled, connected and we were lounging in it with a glass of wine the following evening!!!!!! Well priced, quality product.

Turned up when they said it would, been in it nearly every day, love it, maintenance with chemicals a bit of trial and error but that's just a question of getting it right. Product is A1. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, in fact i already have to 2 separate close friends. I was worried about noise levels as nothing about it on website but they are defo not to noisy as long as the kids dont play their music too loud !!

We waited for a few months before we posted are review ,am glad to post the following after the hot tub was delivered by a capable couple of lads who were curtious certainly new what they were doing and in a matter of minutes had not only delivered our tub but had it exactly in place 👍we were enjoying our hot tub that same evening fantastic we had 2 inflatables before and had decided it was time to splash out for a hard shell ,wish we had done it before well impressed build quality is 5star and it's performance is 5star .We can definitely recommend combined shipping for your next hot tub you will not be disappointed I hope I haven't bored anyone with my review 😊
