Always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile, no matter how small the order! Customer service is genuinely friendly and take time to sort any little problems, calling back as promised. I messed up payment with my order, they didn't make me feel a nuisance and sorted it out swiftly.On another occasion I needed a copy of an invoice from over a year before and they were happy to trace it back for me which wasn't easy!

I ordered a white Manacor pot (16cm) and it's perfect. Good quality and looks lovely with my plant. Ordering was easy, postage was more than the item but I can see why as it was well wrapped and overall the price was more than reasonable. I'd definitely order from this company again.

Ordered extra large wood slices …. arrived very quickly and were well packed. Even had bark still intact !!. Would definitely recommend. I put castors to the slices so I could sit large plant pots on them to make the pots easy to move

Ordering my boxes of oasis was easy and efficient. However picking them up was not. I chose the Rothley collection point. The map on the website was so faint it was fairly useless and the postcode took me elswhere. After asking for help from random people I eventually ended up at a massive warehouse and indeed followed directions to a pickup point - invisible! To cut a long and frustrating story short - the warehouse has one name, and it is neither UKSM or Easyflorist. Eventually i returned and followed all directions again - this time spotting a small sign that said collection point - previously probably hidden by a number of large lorries in the area. Goods were as expected - absolutely fine, warehouse staff fine too ; click andcollect was not.

This company is excellent! I bought 3 hampers and bows from them to make Christmas presents as everywhere seemed to be sold out. They were amazing value and great quality. Also the shipping said 5 to 10 days but they actually arrived in 2! For normal times this is excellent service but with Covid and Christmas too, I was happily surprised to find everything came so quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

The company and delivery were very good and fast service but the product wasn’t quite as advertised as it advertised moss wreath wrings but they were made with straw with a sorounding of moss which made them very hard to use so I ended up having to make my own moss rings and after already tying on a base of conifer I had to throw these out so very inconvenient really

Found this lovely shop online whilst trying everywhere in the UK to buy white round christmas baubles!
