High quality chocolate that can actually be beneficial for your health compared to the junk sold in stores! Absolutely loved my visit to this store and definitely will be back for more! Chris is very helpful and certainly knows his stuff, very calm and respectful and takes time to explain things in a well manner. Chris even demonstrated the velvetiser for me which was a new experience and amazing as it sounds it tastes. The whole place screams "QUALITY & Class!" Very happy with my items. Guys Never change! Keep it up! This place is fantastic!

Love hotel Chocolat. One of my favourite places to visit when I'm in town. Customer service is always on point. Staff very helpful and friendly. Always knowledgeable and if you're reading this then you probably already know that the chocolate is fabulous!! Pricey but worth it.

Lovely experience here today. Went in to pick up a few items to go with gifts and honestly found exactly what I was looking for! Huge variety to suit everyone's preferance. The member of staff serving us was so pleasant to talk to & advise us on storing the gift chocolates in this heat. Hoping to visit again soon to try their ice cream, good thing I've got their membership card now! 😍

Excellent service, went after getting terrible " customer service " at John Lewis. Very helpful staff, gentleman at the till very polite and made nice comments about the products I was buying which where all Wrapped nicely for me. Didn't have what I originally wanted but very pleased with what I purchased. Thank you guys for making it a great experience.... May be you could teach John Lewis a thing or two!!!!!!!

I love this shop so much! The chocolate is so amazing!! Everything tastes so good! No matter what kind of chocolate you like you will find something you adore here. It can be a little pricey but it's worth it. They now do amazing chocolate ice cream too, well with a try!

Their chocolate and icecream is delicious, i would reccomend buying this as a gift or for a snack, the packaging and even descriptions sometimes are adorable, the variety of chocolate is huge(you'll definitely find something for you in their large array), the staff are lovely and eventhough it is a bit pricey at times it's worth it considering the quality. Overall, i reccomend :)

Lovely store with super nice staff! Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Passionfruit Margarita chocolates. I'm a huge fan of passionfruit margaritas and these tasted more like I was eating Liz Earle's Hot Cloth Cleanser. Not nice! The rhubarb and custards were to die for though :)

I don't know if this will be seen by them but I really wanted to do something to show my gratitude. I purchased some Christmas gifts from there and on the way home the paper bag split because of the rain, but I only noticed this when the last couple of items fell. I had already lost 2 of them and proceeded to spend half an hour walking the path back to try find the items. I found 1 of them but I couldn't find the other and it was safe to assume it had been taken off the street. I went back to the store and spoke to a member of staff who helped me out, super nice staff by the way, very helpful with both the products and service. He spoke to his manager and they replaced the lost item for me. I was really shocked that they did this, I was willing to pay for a new one but I was so grateful, especially as a student. I just want to thank them again because I really appreciated that. :)

The chocolate there is the best! The ingredients in their chocolate are also easy to see and they have a table of whether the chocolates contain alcohol, suitable for vegans, etc. It is probably the best chocolate shop i have ever been to.
