Love this place! The shop is beautiful and a lovely shopping experience. During lockdown they have still delivered ( literally !) with their great quality service and beautiful gifts. Lovely little gift shop with designer jewellery and bags and cards etc. Bigger than it looks. Perfect for buying nice things for the special lady in your life. Or one of those in-vogue people who identify as a lady but can't get the rings or bracelets on because they have big hands. Wonderful.

I called in today as my car was being serviced down the road. It was my first visit and I was really very impressed. The two members of staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the store layout and also that they have an online shop with click and collect. The range of goods is amazing and if you're looking for something special or different this is the place to go. I was made to feel very welcome and that my custom was important as was me finding what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back for another shop!

Narborough Hall is my favourite place to shop for presents. It never fails in providing gifts that are perfect for any occasion. I recently ordered from their online shop and was offered a free hand written gift message service if I needed it, perfect during this time of lockdown! This site has become my go to for all gifts and treats! The service is amazing and nothing is ever too much. I recently ordered myself a Kate Loxton weekend bag which will be used as a hospital bag for when I have ny first baby, I had a query about the item and emailed customer services - it was resolved in under 20 minutes! I had a problem when I used the click and collect service and paid by Paypal. The staff in the shop were very apologetic and helpful. I contacted the customer service email address and they arranged for my order to be in the shop the next working day which I was very impressed with.
