This pet shop has really changed over the years. It has less and less animals. It looked really sad in there to be honest. The employees didn't look happy to be there, there was barely any animals. No rabbits or anything anymore. It just seems like a sad pet shop that had unfortunately gone down hill.

First time I’ve paid a visit to this shop and I was quite impressed. Store presentation was great and staff were very helpful. I was so impressed and pleased to see cages displayed for hamsters and the enclosures the hamsters were up for sale in. Not a small cage in sight really. Now I am aware of this place, I am sure to visit again for my hamsters needs! Only downside was the poor customer service from the young lad at the desk, he was too busy chatting to his colleagues as opposed to actually greeting the customer. That’s literally the only reason this place has not got 5 stars from me. It wouldn’t put me off coming again, but the individual certainly needs to uphold a better level of professionalism and customer service.

Excellent shop well worth the visit. Very well stocked with a surprisingly good selection of poultry foods and equipment, aviary and exotics supplies at reasonable price. Good selection of caged birds, reptiles and pet invertebrates; all immaculately kept, with lots of enrichment and clean enclosures. I didn't get chance to check out the rest but looks like they are well stocked for any sort of pet you may have. Shop is nicely presented and everything easy to find. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Our spider hasn’t been eating and I went in to today and spoke with Anna, she recommended to try some small crickets and as soon as I put it in he went for it and is now currently feeding! Thank you so much! Such a well educated and nice woman! X

The staff are up to date with the information of various pets, they all seem to be very passionate about at least one type of animal. Even with knowledge on hamster care, I still learnt a few new things from the lady who helped us. All the hamsters and birds were in spacious enclosures and looked well cared for. The cost wasn't as painful as I expected too and I felt comfortable buying the items knowing it would help my new hamster's welfare. This is the only pet shop I have ever gone to that hit my expectations of what a pet shop should be like. Little Rory is now settling in his new home now thanks to them!
