W. W.I bought a bracelet for my 5 year old grandaughter for Christmas 2021. it had a heart and her initial on an elastic silver chain and is lovely. Unfortunately the small heart went amiss, at school I think . I called Nest who told me to return the bracelet and they would replace the heart, free of charge. I posted on Thursday and I received the mended bracelet on Saturday - Brilliant service, thank you Nest
