I have 3 giant babies. My baby girls only look this beautiful because of Natalie and Eleni of Pets at Home. I've been going to pets at home for about the last four years. I was at Fosse Park before coming over to St Georges. Without Natalie and Eleni my babies wouldn't look and smell so beautiful. I praise all the staff at Pets at Home for looking after my girls as sometimes I know my Blubell does need couple of helping hands to get her into bath (Old age, big girl) Cannot thank you all enough for making my babies look so beautiful !!! ❤ I would highly recommend the groom room aswell as the vets to anyone who is considering using pets at home services. 👍 You can see from my pictures just how happy and spoilt my baby girls are. All thanks to Pets at Home Big thank you to all from Nala, Blubell, Nelly 💖

Visited 24/01/2022 many thanks to the lovely Greek lady in the grooming room Kotsidous and Natalie who were both so welcoming, friendly and professional.. my first visit with Luna for a groom... they put me at ease and when I picked Luna up she was looking beautiful and relaxed not at all stressed.. What I like about this location is the staff. They are always helpful, accommodating and personable. They always manage to go the extra mile when I need help. The dog food, toys and accessory selections are great. Should be able to find everything you need for the four legged pets. Fish department could be more diverse considering how big the place is.

Came in today to see the vet for our kitten Ash and we're really happy with phoebe who took her time answering all our questions and concerns. Nice and clean store with a vets upstairs, sort of like a tesco for pet supplies bit smaller, nice staff both friendly and helpful. Probably won't go back though as whilst I was waiting outside the store someone was caught stealing from aldi next door, the security gaurd dragged the young female to the floor and dragged her around (this was not pleasant to witness), whilst I disagree with stealing I also dont think its appropriate to assault someone over a cheap bottle of whisky. Nice shop but I wont return to that retail park due to over zealous security gaurds😮

Good range of products but do your own research as not necessarily the best option or suitable for your pet ie cages often too small, some pet treats do more harm than good. They are a business and need to make a profit rather than a charity that has different priorities. I feel this places a conflict of interest on the staff. Most staff knowledgeable about the animals they sell but to our detriment not all & have received conflicting advice due inexperience we were told. All staff have been polite and taken their time to do their best.

A lot smaller than the origional store..a bit pricey too but it still has quite a range of stuff..worth looking around to see if other stores have same thing cheaper...useful parking if youve got a lot to buy and most of the staff seem to know whats what when it comes to pets. A useful vets upstairs...very pricey but if an emergency its still handy.

We have recently started using the vets & groom room. I have 6 dogs that needed inoculations & health checks. The vet suggested we take out the vacs for life package which has alleviated some of the pressure off our bank account. Very nice & professional service. We also used the groom room for the first time & Steph was brilliant. She calmed my dog & since we hadn’t really had any ideas of what we wanted we left it to her. My little Lilli looked perfect afterwards & was very relaxed (she’s usually timid) we have 5 other dogs who we will also get Steph to clip. Very happy overall. Many thanks

Visited the vets here for my lurcher Harley's routine free check up (he is on the vacs for life plan) and to swap my other dog Duke to their care. Normally he whines and is shaking but not at pets at home. He loved the shop staff. Receptionist and vet.

A Great place with great prices, although the item that i wanted wasn't in stock, one of the staff phoned another Pets at Home to see if the item was in stock which it was and they put one aside for us, also the nice lady who helped us shown us in the Pets at Home magazine that there was a £5 voucher for that item which we wouldn't have known so she was very helpful, thank you.
