Can't fault them except that they don't answer the phone. Wonderful staff and a good range of animal bits and pieces in the shop. Today for the first time we used the secure dog field. Our dogs had a wonderful time and we enjoyed it too secure in the knowledge that they couldn't escape. Excellent value for money and none of the difficulties we never overcame with other similar facilities. They are beyond praise except they really need to answer that phone.

Had an hours basic obedience training with Gary this morning, very good session. Put into practise what we had learned straight away. Marshall likes to pull, however it didn't take him long to stop pulling with such a simple and easy to learn technique. Thank you for your help today. Best £50 I've spent for an hour. Would definitely recommend Gary. Now to train the kids. X

Visited a few times now, each time the staff were welcoming and approachable. The store itself is laid out in a way that's really easy to navigate, making finding what you need a breeze. On top of this, their prices are fair aswell.

Grandaughters rabbits needed bedding which she could not obtain through her usual supplier. We were requsted to visit as we are closer. This well stoked establishment were very helpful and provided the bedding at a reasonable price. Our first visit and we were impressed by the knowledge and warmeth of welcome being very happy to answer our questions.

Excellent Dog Training can be booked here with Gary. I cannot recommend Gary's training enough. I had just a couple of sessions with him for help with recall for my 7 month old pup. Massive progress after just a couple of sessions. He has a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended.

Awesome Local Independent Pet Shop that sells reptiles and animals already mentioned in other reviews. Staff always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They sell top quality Dog and Cat foods that are suitable for animals with allergies to cereal crops etc. We wouldn't shop anywhere else for our pet food etc.

Absolutely fantastic place to go for advice and supplies. I went to look at buying guinea pigs later in the year, even though I wasn't buying today the lady spent about 30 mins with me, giving advice , showing the products and let my son hold a guinea pig for a while.
