Visited the store on 08/05/22 , had such a lovely visit !! Originally went into the store for a pushchair and came out with much more from the sales area! Though what really made the trip excellent was the amazing customer service from Glynn !! Glynn was so informative when it came to brands and what would best suit our lifestyle, he allowed us to test the feel of multiple pushchairs which helped to understand what we really wanted. He was so lovely, and gave such genuine advice on what would be the best for us, not only this but he also helped to adjust our current pushchair to make it more comfortable for the baby. He spent as much time with us as needed whilst also assisting other customers, would always come back to this store now just for Glynns advice ! Just such amazing customer service from him (thanks Glynn).

The Store Manager Natalie was incredible. Her customer service is second to non. I really appreciate staff that actually take care of you and seem to genuinely care. I can’t thank her enough. I will certainly be using this branch for future products thanks to her :)

Went to the Leicester store back in March, during a walk with my daughter. She had been gifted a folding trike from Smyths quite a few years ago, and the front wheel had a puncture. We had the bike with us and seeing as we were walking past, I thought I may as well ask where I can buy a spare wheel from. Spoke to Natalie at first who was very nice and said she was unsure but she got another colleague for me called Adam who she said was the best one to deal with this particular trike. Unfortunately they realised that they no longer stock the particular trike that I had, so I was unable to buy the exact same thing or return etc. Thankfully, Adam said he may be able to find a spare wheel for me in the back. Daughter hopped off the bike and we handed it in to Natalie and Adam to sort out while we waited outside (at the time the store was only open for click and collect). Within around 10-15 minutes, Adam had bought back the bike and had fitted a BRAND NEW wheel on it for me. All done free as they had the spare wheel in the back and no longer needed it. Thank you Adam and Natalie!

We were looking for a double pushchair for a holiday and visited the store. We arrived at the store around 7.40pm keeping in mind the store shuts at 8pm. The staff were really helpful took the display pushchair out so we could try out with both of our boys. They showed us all the features and gave us vouchers to use if we decided to buy. No pushy sales people and they asked us to take our time even though they were shutting the store. They were engaging with our boys to make them feel comfortable. As the store was closing we were happy to purchase the pushchair so we placed the order at the tills. We were waiting for this to arrive at the checkouts and the manager took out some toy cars for our boys to play with whilst we wait. Because of this our boys were super happy and calm (which is very rare…) and they even offered us to take the box into the car. We kept apologising to the staff for the inconvenience as they were delayed in shutting their store but they assured us it wasn’t a problem. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Would definitely visit the store again

As regards to the post regarding Natalie the store manager? I have to disagree based on my experience. An item purchased by my Daughter has - over a period of 7mths - proven to be unacceptable. I have had correspondence with Head Office, who i assume were attempting a resolution. I explained my Consumer Rights & experience in Customer Service Management Mentoring. However, today i was in the vicinity of the Branch & popped in. I insisted on speaking to the Manager - NATALIE. She was amazing (far more help than Customer Helpline). when called to Customer Service Desk to respond to my issue, she was there in 2mins, cheerful. accepting my issues & within 15mins i was out of the store with 100% customer satisfaction. Well done also to Norton, he carried my LARGE package to the opposite end of the car park & securely placed it in my Vehicle! I would be proud to have them on a team in any retail outlet, from my experience my visit could not have been solved better!

Went to the Leicester store 19.1.2020. I took back a scooter that was the wrong size for my daughter that had been bought as a Christmas gift. I thought I was unlikely to get an exchange as it had been opened but the staff especially a young person named Luke (I think) was brilliant. Accepted the scooter as an exchange without any problem and listened when I explained why I had to bring it back. Excellent customer service.

Good shop, the deals can be misleading thinking you are getting a mega price and it can be the same or cheaper in Argos. Big selection of the larger brands like Lego and dolls, limited on others. If you want something in particular check the stock online and save for collection as they often don't have the same as other stores. Staff are helpful and there is a family toilet at the back for when it takes 2 hours to prepare a Christmas list in March!

Went in to the Leicester branch and asked a colleague about a new battery for my sons ride on Audi TT and he spoke to his manager and both were very helpful in offering to replace the used one with a brand new one. Many thanks to both colleagues I’ve now got a very happy 3 year old

Visited the store on 25 June 2022 with my wife and our newborn son. We were struggling with a lot of boxes and the staff were really helpful and attentive. Our son needed to feed and the store manager, Natalie, couldn’t have been more helpful. She was understanding to our needs and set up an area away from store for some privacy and informed her team that my wife was feeding. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Made a potentially awkward situation very easy for us. Supportive and attentive team. Really good store and glad to have somewhere to shop for toys with this level of customer service! Thanks to the team and especially Natalie!
