Wonderful customer service product and fitting from the team at Trafalgar MashaAllah. They went out of their way to help my recently widowed mother with purchasing her new carpets. Fitters also did a very professional job, even replaced the entire living room carpet at their own expense after a tiny cut was made in it during the fitting. Trafalgar have a good selection of carpets and vinyl at very competitive prices. We found that they could even find most carpets for you, provided you know the name and manufacturer. We ordered a large carpet for our lounge and a smaller rubber backed one for our kitchen and they came within a week and were fitted the following week. As for the fitters Abdul and Yusuf were fantastic. Couldn’t believe how quickly they fitted the lounge carpet which was nearly 7m long and the room had quite a few obstacles like a stone fireplace. Best of all they didn’t damage any of my freshly painted walls and skirting boards which I have seen other fitters do. On top of that they helped empty our kitchen, including the cooker! I definitely would buy from these guys again. 👍

The best flooring/carpet shop in Leicester with the most amazing, friendly, and helpful staff. We were advised on every single aspect of our purchase, including which deal would save us more money. We got the best quality flooring and carpets for our entire house at the better price when comparing like for like with other companies. There was some delay in our home renovations, so these wonderful people held on to our order for us for over 3 months without once complaining. They organised the most professional fitting service and made sure we were happy all the way through, even weeks after the job was completed. Anybody looking for flooring and carpets should head straight to them without a doubt!
