One of the best carpet shops in the region! Fantastic service from the store staff to the fitters who came to fit my carpets. Cannot thank Sabaia the store manager enough for her exceptional customer service, patience and helpfulness. Thank you once again to the team at United for everything I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for good quality carpets/bed at a good price

Excellent Customer Service. I was very happy with the large selection of different carpets. They ranged from Budget to a lot higher in price. They were able to give me a small discount, which made me even happier. I would definitely recommend them. I haven't had my carpets laid yet, but I'm sure I'm going to be happy with them.

Highly recommend ***** Excellent service from start to finish. Competitively priced. Will work with your budget. Welcoming and offered help if I needed it. Did not feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient and I believe went above and beyond to make sure I the customer was satisfied. My carpet was out of stock so i booked for fitting in advance to allow for this. On the day before fitting the carpet had not arrived and was able to pick a similar carpet which was slightly higher in price at no extra cost to myself. Now, I would not of paid extra anyway but the fact Is i did not have too ask, suggest or complain was looking after my interacts first. The company could of tried many other avenues to benefit themselves and there interests and they chose not to. This is above and beyond and I recommend this store to others. I mostly complain as I expect great customer service where ever I am spending my well earned cash. However, with such great value, service, fitting and quality for the price and above all you putting the customer first.I can not fault you in anyway. Thank you A very happy customer

Never had a problem with them. They installed wooden flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Is perfect. We also had them install wooden flooring in our previous house. After 10 years of wet wheelchair wheels etc running over it, it still looked fantastic. Would definitely use again.
